Step outside to enjoy the south-facing private screened-in patio, which is the perfect spot to relax!
Ocean Village Club is a gated community that offers various amenities, including a clubhouse, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, four shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private beach walkway. The clubhouse also includes a fitness center.
Located just 5 miles south of historic Saint Augustine, this condo provides easy access to shopping, fine dining, and attractions such as the Alligator Farm, the lighthouse, and several museums. It also serves as a convenient base for exploring popular family destinations like Disney World, Marineland, and Kennedy Space Center.
