Amazing sijainti! Sijaitsee eklektinen Uptown alueella. Nauti hiljainen ja rauhallinen ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto täysin keittiö. Queen size-vuode ja sohva / sänky.
Erittäin lyhyt kävelymatka (100 jaardia) kauppoja, ravintoloita, pyörä ja skootterivuokraus sekä alueen nähtävyyksiä. Ranta on myös lyhyen 10 minuutin ajomatkan joko Vilano Beach tai st. Anastasia State Park.
Tämä on loistava paikka pysäköidä auto ja ei aja uudelleen kunnes lähdet. Asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen size-vuode. Kylpyhuoneessa on joko suihku tai kylpyamme. Location was good. 10 minute walk to downtown. Apartment was small, but advertised as such. Accommodations such as kitchen wares, bathroom amenities, living room seating, kitchen seating, etc were sparse but adequate. I was alone, which made the above issues not too much of a problem. But if I had been with someone else, these would have been an inconvenience.

This location is perfect walking distance from town, we were able to enjoy the fire works without the hassle of parking. It was also very clean and orderly and had a cute board with suggestions of what to do in town.

Great location and communication

Booked a single night here so that I could explore Saint Augustine on the way home from a work trip. The location is fabulous… Walking distance from everything. The unit was rustic, but clean, and the communication from the host was great. If I stayed there again, I’d probably ask that they turn on the air conditioner an hour or so before I arrived, as it was stuffy and a little musty smelling until the air started flowing, and the windows aren’t able to be opened to air it out (or to let the fabulously intoxicating smell of the jasmine outside in!) Otherwise an excellent stay!

Space is adorable and well kept. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. You can tell the property owner cares about the room. We needed bathroom towels and they were delivered directly to the door immediately. Location is very convenient but removed enough to be safe and quiet at night. I wish we had more time to stay but we were only there one night while traveling home. Would stay again!!

I was shocked this was even offered. The outside was a shambles. The furniture was morning after a two day yard sale. There was no soap, not even an extra garbage bag. The “futon” was an ancient pleather sofa that if opened would fill the entire living room. No extra sheets at all. But the worst was the grime. Looking under the silverware holder made me gasp. But the worst was no dishwasher so the only ones washing anything were the previous renters. Crusted-on food, stained mugs, etc. Never saw the owner. Once upstairs renters moved in, it was noisy beyond normal expectations. The only positives were that the bedroom and bath were Motel 6 acceptable and it was convenient to walk to the historic area. I would have left but my friend wanted to stay, but I left early after becoming ill. A full refund would be appropriate and you need to remove this listing.

It really IS a good location!

We come to St. Aug periodically and usually stay south or west of the DT area. This location is right by the antique shops I like but often miss. Fine dining is a block away, pizza and a couple of breakfast spots the same. It's a safe area as well. It's an easy stroll to the more touristy areas and the art galleries. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There is even a brick patio in the back with a bistro table and chairs. The sofa was very comfy, too, and the shower (and kitchen faucet) got hot water very quickly. Onsite parking!

My wife suffered from a severe allergy reaction when we checked in. The reaction got progressively worse as we went along and we needed urgent care for some relief. The doctor recommended we leave the area as soon as possible. After 12 days at the apt we found it necessary to leave. VRBO and the host refunded 2/3 of the rental fee and kept in touch with us to make sure of my wife’s condition. Their responsible conduct and refund policy demonstrated good will and good customer relations. We will use VRBO and this host during our future trips to the Augustine, Fl area.

Check in was easy. Manager was great , He was easy to get a hold of. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The unit was comfortable. The washer and dryer are coin operated in the back yard in a small building used by all the tenants in the complex. They were very easy to get to and use. It is an older unit but nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed St. Augustine very much. We will definitely go back.

Cute place, great location

Only negatives was the bed was very creaky and the bathroom was dated. Other than that the property manager, location, and room itself were phenomenal and I would absolutely stay again. I would highly recommend it for a friend or family member. Very easy walk to everything you want to see in St. Augustine as well as numerous coffee shops, bars, and convenience store. Wonderful place and would give 6 stars if I could
