Sleeping arrangements
Set across three thoughtfully arranged levels, this home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths. The layout balances shared gathering areas with private retreats, giving everyone room to unwind at their own pace. A private entrance with self check-in and keypad ensures a smooth, flexible arrival, while the elevator - with ADA-compliant dimensions - provides easy access to every floor.

Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make remote work or staying connected effortless. Wind down with an HDTV, and take advantage of the washer and dryer and bathroom essentials for longer stays. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, creating a natural space to prepare and share meals. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware are all on hand. Barbecue utensils are available for outdoor grilling, and the dining table keeps everyone gathered together.

Outdoor living & pool
Step out onto the patio or balcony for a quiet morning coffee or a breezy evening conversation. After time at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater - shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach access is directly across A1A, and beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your convenience.

Parking & location
Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - offers ample room for multiple vehicles, with additional space suitable for a boat or jet ski. A nearby launch to the Intracoastal Waterway makes it easy to spend time on the water.

Tucked into the serene North Vilano Beach area, you're just a short drive from local dining, grocery stores, and the historic district of St. Augustine - an ideal base for families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxed coastal stay. The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions.
