Three bedrooms and three beds are spread across three levels, giving every guest their own space. The 2.5 bathrooms are positioned near the bedrooms for easy mornings. Linens and bathroom essentials are provided, and a washer and dryer keep things fresh after long beach days. An elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway - connects all levels.
Living spaces
The open living area offers generous seating, natural light, and an HDTV for easy evenings. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep every season comfortable.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a dining table suited for shared meals. Start mornings before the beach or wind down over a relaxed dinner. The patio and balcony bring the coastal air inside, and a grill is ready for evening cookouts.
Outdoor living & beach access
The beach sits directly across A1A - close enough for sunrise walks and spontaneous ocean dips. Beach towels and beach chairs are available for your use. The community pool offers another way to spend the afternoon - although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house.
Parking & access
Self check-in via lockbox and a private entrance make arrival easy. Three parking spaces are on premises, and the garage accommodates watercraft including a boat or jet ski. Safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place.
Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, this North Vilano Beach home is a natural fit for families or small groups looking for easy beach access and a comfortable coastal base minutes from downtown St. Augustine.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
