I feel that this could be a very nice rental, the house has nice architecture and old style charm but I can't give it a high rating because of the issues below. I will start with the pros. The location is just a short walk to historic down town. On sight parking, though tight was good. Each unit had two spaces but not enough room for two full sized vehicles, if all units were full. The management company was easily reached and was very willing to help as needed. The appliances, bedding, shower and toilet were clean, the toilet seat looked stains and should be replaced. I feel the house keeping staff is doing a good job over all.Now the cons. I understand that this is an old house, but it needs work. The first thing I noticed was the deck at the parking entrance was unstained and run down looking, the furniture there was mildewed, dirty and unusable.Upon entering the house the floors were very uneven, "old house" I understand that but there were several soft spots and some of the vinyl planking had fairly large separation gaps.All of the chairs in the house were stained and dirty lookingA coat of paint is needed, There were hand prints and grime around all the light switches, door knobs and on both walls at the toilet.Many of the window blinds were missing and we are private people so after dark we pretty much stayed in the bedrooms. We would rate this rental lower had it not been for the management company resolving some of our issues quickly.

Parking is from the street behind the house, which was explained but the house number is not shown. A bit confusing. Great location, just minutes from the Old Towne St Augustine. Quite neighborhood.

You are right behind the parking garage for down town form the driveway side of the house, an easy walk to all of the Ancient City attractions. We were able to walk all weekend and never had to move the car.
