1. They made it clear that they absolutely hate Expedia customers. 2. They gave me the wrong room. I booked a 650 sqft suite and they gave me a 300 sqft crammed room. 3. Manager said it's my fault for booking through Expedia. 4. Marriott says to contact Expedia. 5. Manager kept blaming me.

Don't waste your money

This Hotel has not been aging well.... since the PGA hall of fame left, everything is going into disrepair.. Also, they really over charge for an average room with average amenities, no view (second floor) all we could see were roof vents. The bed was comfortable, carpet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom was moldy...just poor maintenance overall. The pool/hot tub area needed a lot of repair and so did whole building exterior. Then they charged $12 for parking in an, almost, empty parking lot. The buffet was good and staff was pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and to be honest I was expecting it to be better. The beds were very small and uncomfortable, stains in the bed sheets and we found a spider. The shower tub drain was clogged. The breakfast was very expensive and not very good, not worth the money. The location was nice and the staff was nice.

Avoid this one…..

We travel very frequently and I definitely never leave reviews. However, I would warn anybody completely against this hotel. The service was atrocious the restaurant treated my kids and I like we didn’t exist because we weren’t there to play golf and get drunk. This hotel is way overdue for a makeover and whatever you do avoid Caddyshack right next-door with everything in your being. Worst food maybe ever for any restaurant….. seriously disappointed, and we will not be booking any more Marriott properties.

The experience was average. The room was dirty in corners in the bathroom. The cleaning staff told us they did not have additional bars of soap available. Hotel needs updating. Bathtub had cracks in enamel. Friend who stayed, water backed up in tub. Carpet in sitting area of lobby was always dirty. Need new cleaning staff. Bar service excellent. Porter service excellent. Breakfast very good.
