Sunset Sails & Wagging Tails is only part of what you will come to treasure upon arriving at this unique home located across the street from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This ground level, vintage style home will greet you upon entering the greenspace atrium with palms and plants abounding. As you step into the large family room, you will be greeted by art from local artist on most walls as well as lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico. This beauty boasts 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, consisting of 2 King Master Suites, 2 Queen bedrooms, one with twin bed providing restful sleep for 9 people comfortably. A sleeper sofa is also available in the living room if needed for additional company. This spacious 2800 square foot ground level home will give your crew plenty of room for family gathering time as well as restful private time to recoup after a day of fun and sun. Many new loving memories will be made during your stay here. A fully equipped spacious kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to enjoy a family coastal meal. The open dining area with plenty of seating for 12 is separated from the kitchen area by a long breakfast bar, perfect for the kids. Or to set up a Mimosa or Bloody Mary bar for family and friends to enjoy. Soak up the rays by the enclosed private pool with new patio furniture and outdoor full bathroom with shower. Adjacent to your private pool is an outdoor dining area accommodating at least 6 people along with new outdoor comfortable patio furniture to watch the kiddos splashing in the inviting pool. Beach chairs, toys and pull wagon provided for easy transport to the beach. A stairwell leads up to a delightful upper deck with a large spacious area running the length of the house. The two-person swing will welcome you for even more relaxation as you sway with the Gulf breeze and let your cares fall away. At night, this becomes an observation deck to watch the twinkling stars perform a delightful show. You will think you can reach out and touch your very own star. It will leave you a bit breathless, away from the bustling city lights. As the name implies, Sunset Sails & Wagging Tails is dog friendly! (Up to 2 dogs with pet fee). Fido will have his own special fenced in area to do his business and sniff out the latest and greatest smells of the sea. A charcoal grill is provided. A fish cleaning station is available to clean the fresh catch of the day.
