The rooms were quite dated and we had to have hotel help to access our room most nights as the key card never seemed to work. Major construction site adjacent to hotel at the minute, so hopefully that should improve. Staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast offering was kept well stocked with varied types of hot and cold selections.

It was not the right hotel for me. The sound isolation between the rooms is not good and a lot of noise outside from music and parties. Other than that, the staff was very nice and the hotel's location is pretty good. The hotel itself is also nice.

Every single member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. We tried three of the restaurants and they were all good but the Italian we visited twice as the service and food were superb.

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help with recommendations on things to do, where to go. It was also close to Paceville which was a nice surprise as I didn’t realise it was so close to walk to. If I am able to return to Malta, I would stay here again.

The hotel was good value. Staff were friendly. The room was very clean and a decent size. The balcony was lovely. The only downsides were that we were in quite a party area and the noise was continuous through the night, sometimes until 5am. There was also no working A/C meaning that the room was very warm.

This was my third stay at the Verdi, St. Georges Bay. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are always smiling. Always willing to help. Breakfast was plentiful with choices for all.. I would have liked more fresh fruit but sitting on the terrace looking out to sea is a perfect way to start the day. My room was large with a wonderful sea view balcony. It was cleaned each day, often whilst l was at breakfast, to a very high standard. There is building work going on across the road from the front entrance but this did not impact on my stay as the rooms are at the back of the building overlooking the bay and out to sea. Numerous very good restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop outside the hotel if you wish to go further afield. St Georges bay has a sandy beach, rare in Malta and there is a dive centre for the more adventurous. There is a casino and several clubs within easy walking distance. Far enough away to not disturb the hotel's residents but there if you want them. Some people have mentioned that the rooms look "tired". I would agree with this but to me cleanliness is far more important than the latest colour on the walls! A comfy bed and good blackout curtains more important than shiny new furniture.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location! Just a short walk from St. Julian’s Bay, this property exceeded our expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean and spacious, offering a wide range of facilities to enhance our stay. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing experience. All the staff was great,friendly and helped if you had a problem. Mickel was great,we had a issue he sorted it straight away.The rooms was cleaned daily, but it could do with a bit of TLC. I am coeliac felt very safe eating the Breakfast buffet.

Room was quite nice with a nice balcony and a view of the bay. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel. The breakfast was good, not excellent. Coffee was not so good.
