No room at check in, no ADA room offered even when booked, no one cleaned the room the whole time there, we cleaned the room, overcharged on resort fee and refused to refund, no microwave, no breakfast, people smoking in nonsmoking rooms, rude staff, overpriced food in restaurants.

They did NOT have the room ready at 3 am 12 hours AFTER we were supposed to get there and were delayed due to a medical emergency on the plane (we called them several times). They put us in a temporary room that wasn’t ADA compliant (even though the reservation said we needed an ADA room). They changed us the next day to rooms that had one bed (there were 6 of us standing in from of them when they did this). We were finally out in Ada compliant rooms and for the 5 nights we were there, our rooms weren’t cleaned once. We had to fetch fresh towels, clean our room, get soap and toilet paper, dump garbages, etc. The maids said ‘we weren’t on the cleaning list’. We were charged twice for a ‘resort fee’ and they refused to remove it. We had no cups in the room and there wasn’t a microwave. There was pot smoke all over the halls in ‘nonsmoking’ rooms. No breakfast offered, you had to go to the coffee shop for the $14 breakfast sandwich. I will never go there again. I would get better service at a hotel 6!

I was pretty disappointed with the fact that I paid for a room 2 weeks ahead of the date we was staying and we get there and theu put us in a completely different room then we booked then told us that it got booked by someone else even though I had already paid for it, then only offered us a $50 credit for food/drinks when we paid well over 700 for the room we booked

My only issue was the parking lot and area around the property. It was dirty and had trash scattered around. It was a bit noisy but im not sure what it was. Some boom or bang that happened periodically. Other than that it was great abd id stay again.

Our bedding was soiled with body fluids of some sort from the guest before us when we arrived to our room. I called they brought in new bedding and left it for us to make ourselves then a maid came and made it up for us after all but just threw the blankets on the mattress and called it done. The floors were filthy covered in debris, the toilet was dirty I am unsure if it was even cleaned at all the desk clerks were rude and acted annoyed that we needed CLEAN bedding. The light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling and the light switches had smears of something all over them. It was just gross.
