Perfectly situated across the street from beach access, you’ll be strolling to the sand in minutes — no long parking hunts, no crowded streets. Spend your days soaking up the sun, splashing in the surf, or relaxing poolside in the shared POOL area right outside.



Our cohost, Carla, lives very close to the property . We are usually available for assistance via the app and can be on property relatively quickly if urgent. Message through the platform for lightning fast response.

This is the bottom left apartment (1st floor) in a 4 unit, 2 story building, with shared pool. Front door can be opened with code that we will let you know of upon booking.

Both bedrooms feature cozy beds, quality linens, and ample storage to help you settle in and feel at home. The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

Step outside to your private balcony overlooking the shared pool, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking for up to two vehicles, and convenient self check-in for a smooth arrival.

No car needed! The beach, local restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and convenience stores are all within easy walking distance. Many guests enjoy exploring Indian Rocks Beach on foot or by bike. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available if you want to venture farther.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)
