The Space:

Sunlight pours through soft filters as you step from the airy living room onto the shaded patio, inviting you to linger over a morning coffee or a sunset dip. The gentle hum of the pool blends with the distant laughter from the game room, creating a backdrop for relaxed together‑time. Every corner of this Clearwater villa feels designed for easy flow, whether you’re gathering around the dining table or slipping out to the backyard for a quick round on the putting green.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms host nine guests comfortably. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, offers two Queen beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features a King bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a bunk bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color Circle, provides another King bed. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for a fresh start each day.



Indoor living

The spacious living area opens to the game room, where a pool table, foosball table, poker table and arcade machines promise endless fun. A flat‑screen TV and a dedicated workspace let you unwind or catch up on work. Air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances makes meal prep a breeze. The adjacent indoor‑outdoor dining space lets you enjoy breakfast under the sky or a cozy dinner after a day at the beach.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable lounge furniture and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The fenced backyard includes a putting green, an outdoor bar with a minifridge, and ample seating for al fresco meals. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

You’ll find a washer, dryer, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets and ample clothing storage. Families appreciate the Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair, while pet‑friendly policies welcome your furry companions. Wifi, a smart lock for self‑check‑in and long‑term stay options round out the practical comforts.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the home is minutes from Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach and Downtown Clearwater. Local restaurants and the area’s notable beaches are easily reachable, giving you a blend of quiet retreat and vibrant activity.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
