The place is fantastic as listed with a great location. The issue is we had no hot water. Notified owner on last day when I got up at 6 AM to see if ai could catch some hot water. He said you had to turn the faucet a certain way, but we tried everything. We are heading home, all needing a good shower

Frankie’s condo was great!! It was very clean, comfortable, we had plenty of space for four people, close to restaurants. While not beachfront, the condo has direct beach access right across the street which was convenient.

Overall a great place to stay in Indian Shores! Great location - 2 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, nice pool, beautiful views of the intracoastal. Nice docks/sidewalks along the water to walk. A great addition to the property, would be curtains in the bedrooms to help with the outside hallway lights and early sunlight. We would definetly return in the future!

Such A Great Little Place

Our family of four (mom, dad and kids; 4 and 7) ended up booking here after a previous rental fell through and it couldn’t have worked out better. Frankie was super easy to communicate with and easy going. The rental was clean and the code on the lock box by the door made checking-in seamless. The location was perfect. We had a lovely view of the intercostal and the walk to the beach was quick. The rental also came supplied with all the beach items we could have needed - even a puddle jumper/swim float for my toddler. There were some small things we needed to buy (dish soap, tissues, etc.), but a lot seemed to be left from previous guests (coffee, filters, dishwasher tabs, misc. condiments, etc.). Some minor cons: no curtains keeps the unit really bright. If you’re a dark room sleeper, you might need a sleep mask. I REALLY wish the second shower head worked :) but the one works just fine. The wicker chairs in the living room aren’t super cozy. The couch and the futon are fine, but just know your butt will get sore, so add a pillow. Overall it was a great spot. It’ll be nice to see the recovery after the first floor units are back up and running. If we didn’t need more room next year, we’d most certainly be back!! Thanks for such a great trip!

Great getaway!

Property was as described. Pool was great! Short walk to the immaculate beach. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Kitchen stocked for all your needs! Definitely someplace worth coming back to!

In need of TLC

The property was in a great location, however the condition of the unit was misleading. The furniture in the main area was very dated and extremely uncomfortable. One of the comforters on the bed had what looked like old blood stains on the underside. There was no water pressure and you oscillated between cold and hot. The floor of the shower and the bathroom in general was not clean. We ran out of toilet paper the fist week and there was no dishwasher soap. The oven was not cleaned. There was adequate dishes and silverware. The air conditioning was not functioning in one of bedrooms. Getting ahold of the host took almost all morning and vrbo had to get involved. We were not given the access code for the pool.

Great location, nice view

The location was nice with our unit providing view of the intercoastal waterway. Many guests were fishing off the docks. The pool is nice and property was in good shape. The unit was in good shape, appeared recently painted. The furniture is dated and time to start updating it.
