You can have your private space while vacationing with family, in-laws or friends... the best of both worlds. The main house is completed with 2 studios to accommodate a total of 10 guests. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to St Pete. Sip on a drink on the porch or relax in the backyard hammock with a book, while enjoying the weather.

The main house have 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, working desk, full size washer / dryer, front porch, backyard... Each bedroom includes a queen size bed; one is firm & one softer with pillow top. Soft, firm and memory foam pillows are available to choose from. The living room sofa bed is provided to accommodate 2 guests if/when needed. Travel cot/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.
Each of the studios is design to be cozy, private and functional. They feature private bathroom, private entrance, private outdoor space, smart TV, kitchenette, and much more...
