Kima Condominium sijaitsee osoitteessa 14300 Gulf Blvd. Madeiran rannalla, Floridassa, vain 40 minuutin päässä Tampan kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. ON INTERNET. Kalastus, veneily, uinti, rentouttavat auringonlaskut, kuoren etsiminen, auringonotto, ravintolat, ostosmahdollisuudet, syvänmeren kalastusretket, uhkapeliristeilyt ja maailmankuulu JOHNS PASS VILLAGE ovat kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä nautinnostasi. Tämä huoneisto on kaunis ranta / valtameri edestä näkymä olo / ruokailutila ja makuuhuone. 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy-yksikössä on tv molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja taulutelevisio olohuoneessa. Rakennuksessa on lämmitysallas, aurinkokansi ja hissi sekä kaksi portaikkoa. Lauantaista lauantaihin vuokrat vain. Rakastamme lemmikkieläimiä, mutta niitä ei sallita.

Vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä St. Petersburg / Clearwater ja sen nähtävyydet (laituri, Dali-museo, baseball-kevätharjoittelu, golf / tennis) ovat vain 20 minuutin päässä; Tampalla on kaunis akvaario ja Busch-puutarha on 45 minuutin päässä. Orlando ja sen nähtävyydet (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) ovat alle 2 tunnin päässä!
Meillä on erityisen suuri ulkoilmaparveke ja parhaat hinnat rannalla !!! Vuokraat omistajalta, ja siirrämme säästöt sinulle, joten sinulla voi olla vieras joka palauttaa vuosi toisensa jälkeen ja tietää, että sinulla on hauskaa ja haluat palata uudestaan ja uudestaan.

Ideal location

Vacation Review

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be in regards to the cleanliness and comfort of beds. Both were lacking. A small investment into a more efficient cleaner and some softer bedding could go a long way. Great location, easy to access.

Madeira Beach week

Property was as advertised and our host was easy to keep in touch with. The location in Madeira beach was great and it was right on the beach. There were some beach accessories in the condo which is always a plus. The only down side was something that is common to a lot of rentals, a lack of adequate silverware/kitchenware, worn cooking utensils and missing pieces, and other accessories. Now this wasn't critical as we made do with what was there. We went to Dollar Tree and bought some cheap items to leave behind. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Charles again.

Owner was unresponsive for days, then difficult to deal with. VRBO rep also found him difficult. The location is great but property reflects a lack of investment--appliances, furniture, etc. Would not rent again from this owner.

Magical -- Wonderful

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo had everything I needed. (I didn't cook, so can't inform on what's in kitchen.) The view from the balcony was perfect-- Dolphins in the morning; gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The beach was fabulous. We used the condo-provided chairs or rented two chairs and an umbrellla for only $25 for the day. The pool was great for days we didn't want to commit to the beach. The fellow renters in the building were a GREAT crowd.: friendly & polite. We ate at Caddy's on the beach often, which allowed bare feet and bathing suits, meaning we could walk from beach to lunch to beach again with no hassle. Coastal Taco was delicious and a short short walk down Gulf Blvd. The parking was hassle free. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. Unfortunately, my two week stay was cut in half because of Hurricane Ian. My only regret about staying here was that I didn't get to enjoy it as long as I had planned to. Definitely book this condo if you see an opening.

A perfect stay!

The property and condo were very clean and well kept. Just a few steps from the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view and location for the price. We will stay here again!

Great View for the Value!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach!! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to the parking lot and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping at John's Pass, Mini Golf at Smugglers Adventure and night walks on the beach. (BRING FLASH LIGHTS!). Few favorite restaurant we had were Conch Republic and Sea Breeze where you can eat outside on the inlet (Waterview). White beach chairs cannot be removed from property, local beach cabana company allows you to rent chairs on the beach (which we did the whole week, ($8/Chair or 2/$15).

Beautiful Sunsets!

We loved the location of this condo! We enjoyed watching the sunsets and spotting dolphins from the balcony every day of our trip. Several restaurants in short walking distance and one mile walk to John’s Pass. Great value and good communication with Charles. Hope to return one day, already missing the sunsets!

Condo with a great view of the Gulf.

Can see dolphins daily from your balcony. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient. The pool is heated and clean. Less than a mile walk to John's Pass.

Beautiful views, but unit needs some TLC

You can't beat the view. The furnishings are nice for the age of the unit. The drawback are the mattress, which are probably the same mattress that were there when the unit was built in the 60's. If you want to listen to the waves, while going to sleep, think twice, the sliding door in the front bedroom does not open.

The condo was dirty and a lot of maintenance needed. Ice maker did not work and kitchen hardware and dishes marginal. Walls and doors were very dirty as was the hardwood floor. The spare closet was crammed full of beach toys that were just thrown in with no room for luggage. Paddle fans were filthy as was the ceiling where A/C vents were. They were black. There was roach feces in the silverware drawer in the kitchen. I would not recommend this unit for anyone. The blinds did not work and were falling apart. The only thing was the beach was beautiful. By the way the pool bottom is peeling and pool was dirty on the tiles for days. The pool furniture was dirty along with the pool deck. I will not stay at Kima again.

July vacation with red tide

Place was spacious. Older furniture but it worked. Only stayed half the time due to red tide and didn’t go in the water. Otherwise place is priced accordingly. Charles was nice and was very responsive. Have good recommendations

Nice place to stay

We were quite pleased with the property overall and the location is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and security is very thorough. The only major problem was that all of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. They had all been put away dirty and with food residue all over them. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.
