Beach & Intracoastal: Located steps away from beach access and situated within a waterfront community. 🏖️
Community Amenities: Home to one of the largest pools in the county (4–10 ft depth; not heated). Includes shuffleboard, and BBQs. 🏊‍♂️
Boat Friendly: First-come, first-served docking available for boats up to 20 ft (max 3 weeks). Note: No boat trailers allowed on-site; use the nearby Park Boulevard Boat Ramp. 🚤
The Space: Fully renovated kitchen, a private bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, and a Queen-sized pull-down Murphy bed in the living area. The home sleeps up to four.
Views: Relax on the front balcony (shared with one neighboring unit). 🌅
There is a coin-operated laundromat on-site.
Sorry, there are no elevators at Belleview Gulf.

Note: This building does not have an elevator. We do not replenish supplies or provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, or foil.

Parking: 1 assigned spot (marked 378). No RVs, jet skis, or boat trailers allowed on the property. 🚫🚛
Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾
Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O. Box. 📬

🕒 Check-In & Booking Policies:
Check-In: 4:00 PM. Lockbox code provided 1 hour prior to arrival. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. 🔑
Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be sent automatically at 3 PM on the arrival day once signed. ✍️

🚨 Strict Cancellation Policy:
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred).
There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes:
Health conditions, weather, or transportation issues. ✈️
Water conditions (Red Tide or cold pool temps). 🌡️
Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): No refunds for storm threats or aftermath (closures of roads, shops, or utilities). 🌀

Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Great kitchen, shower was warm and strong. The floors were dirty upon arrival and the air/heater wasn’t producing heat. The bedroom was awkward because of limited space. But overall location was perfect.

The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage.

Clean and quiet near the beach

Our condo was very clean and master bed was very comfy. You do have to walk across a 4 lane highway to get to the beach but its a very short walk. So if you have young kids this may be an issue for you. There may be a crosswalk farther down but not sure. Traffic was pretty accommodating when we needed to cross the road . They were working on the bottom floor of the condo due to the recent hurricane, but they were very quiet and this was never an issue. The pool was nice and very large! We enjoyed sitting and looking out at the bay and seeing dolphins and a manatee and numerous varieties of birds! My only suggestion may be some type of vent for the bathroom,we did open the small window when we were showering and that seemed to help. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Beach was beautiful and not crowded.

Post hurricanes

Good location to restaurants, easy access to beach, short drive to grocery store. The inter coastal was a treat, saw dolphins , pelicans and boaters. Great pool, unheated though. Great for summer swimming. All in all an excellent place to stay!

Excellent property

The condo is newly updated and outstanding, as is the entire property. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, etc. We love sitting on the deck and looking at the intracoastal waterway and seeing dolphins, manatees, and various birds. The pool is awesome. It’s huge, clean, and very comfortable. The property manager is very responsive.

Nice Condo!

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and well-stocked. Sitting outside our back door by the bay was fun. We even named a bird "Earl" who visited us every day. We had great neighbors! There were only a few things around the area to do, which meant it was a quiet neighborhood. We bought a Suncoast Beach Trolley pass daily which was only $5 for the group. I would highly recommend this place.

Very happy!

Property was easy to find, though finding our parking spot was tough, it had rained and was dark and the numbers are hard to read. Condo was super clean and updated, small but it was just my teen daughter and I so space wasn’t an issue. Gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway off the back balcony and the deck chairs were a nice touch! Was just a bit too far to walk to the beach (we did once but in the heat, it was a lot) but it’s a super easy drive that takes about two minutes. We weren’t disappointed at all. Lots of restaurants in the area, again, not very walkable due to distance but wasn’t an issue for us, just noting it. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Beach vacation

The apartment was very clean and kitchen was stocked with every dish and appliance you need. Located across the street from the beach and has a huge pool! We saw dolphins in the canal in the back while grilling in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

“Wedding” weekend

Loved the view of the intercoastal. Sat out and watched the dolphins, wildlife, boats while drinking our coffee each morning. Even had a bagpipe concert one morning. Never did figure out where they were but it was lovely. The condo was beautiful, well equipped. Took a tour of the Bird Sanctuary right across the street and spent one afternoon at the pool, which is the nicest pool I’ve ever seen at a condo. A perfect weekend getaway.

Clean property close to the beach

The condo is nicely renovated and very clean. Great to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the intercoastal waterway. Beach is just across the street and not crowded even during July 4 weekend.

Run down, abrasive management, beautiful view

Being in between the intercoastal waterway and the beach was wonderful. However, the management and condition of this property were lacking. They only give you one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper. There were no towel racks in the remodeled bathroom except in the shower. The tub didn't drain, the toilet had issues with flushing, the handle on the back slider was broken. If you are there any amount of time past the 10am checkout you are charged for an extra day. The instructions say to let the manager know immediately upon arrival of any repairs that need to be made. However, it wasn't until the next day that the shower was used, and 2 days later that we tried to use the back sliding door and noticed the handle was broken. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice. Our poor neighbors paid the same amount of money per night as us and they had a Murphy bed and a tiny room but the bathroom was nicer? Another neighbor had cockroaches. The rec room eas unusable as it was under construction. This isn't a timeshare and yet we were required to strip iur own beds, do all dishes and put them away, and take all trash out upon leaving. There was a binder that included places to eat and shop and we appreciated that. However, the attitude and treatment by management was abrasive. We did not have a table to set our coffee on on the balcony like other units, we had a plastic chair and our chairs were made of pvc pipe. So, for the money you could end up with a nice bed and a nice kitchen or a Murphy bed and a kitchenette. It's a gamble.

Many dolphins!

The pool is magnificent though unheated. I’m intercostal is wonderful to sit out side your door and see nature. The Seaside Bird Sanctuary is across the street and “free”. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed super comfortable. Coming back next year.

Had à great 6-day stay, condo is very clean and fully equipped and has everything you need. The only thing missing is a kettle for making tea but we managed. location is great and the beach is just accross the street and beautiful. We saw dolphins and lots of birds. Accessing highway is easy. All in all great place to stay

Nice place

Outside of building looks rundown, but unit is nice. Bathroom and kitchen updated. Nice view of boats going by. Some sand on floor first night, but not a big deal. Quiet and relatively safe neighborhood. Close to great restaurants.

Ok for a place to crash.

Felt like a motel stay. We were visiting friends that were staying at a nearby hotel for a few days. So we were just looking for a place to sleep that was inexpensive and close. I wasn’t expecting much from an amenities standpoint. Although the unit was updated, it was dusty and there was dirt, random toy nerf gun bullets, and hair ties in corners of the unit which told me that it wasn’t really cleaned well. Also ceiling lights were attached to ceiling tiles that weren’t secured properly. I Don’t mean to get lost in the details but there were just little things that constantly reminded me I should have spent a bit more and stayed somewhere else. The online photos gave me hope that the place was a hidden gem for the price but it wasn’t.
