Caprice Resort on suora Gulf Front -hotelli, joka sijaitsee St. Pete Beach. Nauti upeista näkymistä rannalle. Hotellissa on lämmitetty uima-allas, oma ranta, grilli, shuffle-lautakenttä ja aurinkoterassi. Caprice on kävelymatkan päässä monista kaupoista ja ravintoloista.

Yksikkö # 207 on kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö. Yksityinen parveke suoraan Persianlahden edestä. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja suuri ikkuna, joka katsoo rannalle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, joissa on vesinäkymä ja parveke.

Great stay

My only issue was our living room TV never worked properly. If it were just my husband and I it would have been fine. The couch is different than pictured. Was looking forward to the large couch pictured bc we’re are all very tall. Good thing there was lots to do and didn’t spend too much time in the Condo.

Unclean and Unsafe

i. The view was Beautiful. as was the ocean. The Condo was laid out nice. It was not maintained. very neglected, cockroach in kitchen, dirty silverware, not washed and put back in drawers, same as glass ware and pots & pans. carpets in the bedroom's dirty, scatter rugs not matching, dirty, bathroom ring around toilet, the towel rod broke off. both bathtubs very slippery, and no grip bars, everything including the blinds from 1960 felt greasy, in the guest bathroom under the sink upon arrival I checked the toilet paper supply and found dirty towels. oven was filled with foil. tiny bars of soap, no cleaning stuff, I immediately placed an order to Publics for cleaning supplies, food, Quality toilet paper and Paper towels, the decor is from the Archie Bunker Era & the Golden Girls. The deck furniture is 30 years old! The Condo was Not Maintained, Neglected. I felt cheated because of the Poor Living conditions, I did speak to the Property manager on site, very nice however she said the owner knows and has not chosen to update, I hope that these Safety & Cleaning Issues are immediately addressed. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Great resort, fantastic location!

Caprice Resort was fantastic! We wanted to be right on the beach so that was perfect. The view from the unit was awesome and far enough away from the pool that we didn't hear much noise. The unit itself is a bit dated, the beds were a tad firm but not bad. Could use a few more convenience items such as more towels, more plastic cups, a small cooler and better bars of soap (that didn't split in half the first time you used it). We would definitely stay at Caprice again, probably just a different unit.

Old run down condo with broken elevator

The listing for this condo should be redone, the listing does not match reality. The condo needs a lot of work. Bathrooms are in bad need of updates. The blowers in the bathroom are so loud you can’t hear anything else. You can hear the flushing of the toilets in the other units and it’s loud. The blinds are rusted and old. The walls need painted badly and the shower heads don’t move. The lighting is so old it basically doesn’t give you any lighting at all. The elevator was broken most of the week so you have to carry the beach gear down several flights of stairs in the heat. For the price go somewhere else it’s way overpriced and you can do better. Location is good and that’s it

Master bathroom ceiling was peeling & fan was dirty & very noisy. The resort needs to fix the beach gate--this is such a plus to the guests-to have it bolted shut was a major disappointment !

Gulf front unit-but angled so you can’t see the sun set.

Gulf front is the only way to go when on the Gulf Coast, so we were happy with the unit. unfortunately, due to the angle of the unit, we couldn’t see the sunset from the balcony. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. However, the bathrooms need to be updated, as grout and fixtures just don’t come clean after decades of use. Vertical blinds were falling apart but maintenance came immediately and replaced the missing pieces. Overall, we were pleased - but only because of the view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony seeing the beach and hearing the surf.

St Pete Beach-front condo

Modest condo with all that we needed. Check in was very easy and efficient. Balcony faces the beach with three chairs and lounger. Great view. Had a problem with one tub draining and maintenance response was very quick. Wished beach/pool towels were provided, possibly more soap and some shampoo. Kitchen is updated and has most tools one would need. The rest of the condo could use a little "freshening up". Didn't bother us, but just some basic wiping down of door handles, light switches, trim, etc. The location is great, able to walk to many, many restaurants, entertainment, stores, etc. Currently (unfortunately) the beach is under construction, causing minor inconvenience to connect entire beach front. So if you want to walk to beach stuff or where more activity is, you have to walk around on the street to get to the other side of construction. We like to walk, but can be annoying if carrying stuff or if you want to run back to condo for anything. Overall, I like this unit and the building in general and would consider staying here again.
