Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces is available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Accessibility: Located on Floor 3 - accessible by building elevator or 3 flights of stairs.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.
