It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Do you want to stay in one of the most convenient areas in town, and walk to all the wonderful eateries, boutiques and be surrounded by beautiful waterfront vistas?

No need to pack alarm, the traffic will wake you early. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Tarpon springs very friendly. Be sure to bring your own bath soap. Owner does not supply.

Jessica was easy to communicate with on the app. The house was cute and comfortable. The house was reasonably stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. They even had beach towels and camping chairs to borrow. There are 2 bicycles that we did not use. We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and they even had it decorated for us. The location is very good for walking to restaurants and shops on Tarpon Avenue and the Sponge docs. There is a brewery nearby called Brighter Days that we walked to several times for live music and good beer. The trade-off is that because on a main road, it is a bit loud from street noise. We got used to it quickly and it really wasn't an issue for us.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and very well stocked.if you enjoy live music then right across the street is a restaurant that has live music every Friday and Saturday night. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the music. Location was great, walking distance to the sponge docks, great food, and shopping. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

Funeral visit

The stay was OK. The house was very nice. My only issue with the house is I came back home with bite marks that weren’t from mosquitoes. Not sure if it were bedbugs or fleas but yeah. The other people that came with me didn’t have issues but being that I have very sensitive skin I had a little bite marks everywhere. No worries though since then they’re starting to go away no more itching. We appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home.

Fantastic!

We were very impressed and pleased with this house. It was very clean, well stocked with dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags. I’ve never experienced that before.. you are normally provided with first day supplies, only. We loved the location, close to Mr Souvlaki and the docks and enjoyed sitting on the front porch, watching the traffic. We will definitely stay here again!

Super cute house. I like that it had a two bedroom two bath. Lots of restaurants in walking distance also breweries and the whole Greek atmosphere of the Sponge Docks was great.

The location is close to excursions. The area is considered a golf cart area so all roads are 35 mph or less. Expect some road noise but helped me sleep ( white noise) had a great time!
