The unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms all with brand new luxury laminate flooring, and will accomodate 8-10 peoplle. The oversized Master Bedroom facing the intercoastal has its own private balcony with a King-sized bed, two sofa chairs, and Samsung 75-inch QLED TV, a gorgeously tiled bathroom with his and her sinks, relaxing jetted Jacuzzi tub, capacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.

The two additional rooms have a Queen bed each with a private bathroom; one has a tub with a shower and the other is a walk-in shower. Additionally, each of these bedrooms has Samsung 43-inch 4K UHD LED LCD TV.

Got little ones? They can have their own room furnished with two Daybeds with pullout trundles which would allow 4 of them to sleep comfortably in the fourth bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen is fully functional with all the necessary equipment including Ninja Cold Press Juicer, Ninja blender, Ninja Foodie 9-in-1 Digital Air Fry, Cuisinart Elite Food Processor, Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker, and Cuisinart Toaster, to name a few.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from the living room furnished with electric reclining sectional sofas, and at night enjoy movies on a slim Samsung 85-inch OLED TV.

The dining table will comfortably accommodate 8 people in the event you have an extra guest or two and provides beautiful views of the beach whilst enjoying your meals.

About our Fairwinds Condos -
28 minimum rental, dates must be started on the 1st thru the 31st or 15th thru 15th.
Although your rental can be more than 30 days we ask that you keep them in 15-day increments, in addition for first time renters the association charges a $100 fee for background check.
