This Beso Del Sol Resort condo offers a king-sized bed, kitchenette with full refrigerator, coffee maker, double burner stove top, and all the essentials needed to make your stay enjoyable. Prepare a quick breakfast or evening meal to enjoy on the private balcony with garden views, or grab a bite downstairs at the bar & grill with bay views. Full bathroom is off the main living area for privacy and convenience. Full access to the pools, docks, and bar & grill on site.

Wonderful place, I describe it more as hotel room than condo.

Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year.

I would love to stay here again if I visited Dunedin. Place was clean, quiet, and felt safe and the front receptionist was very kind and patient with us.

Great getaway studio

Enjoyed our stay as a landing pad for a family visit. Our key got deactivated mid trip, but onsite maintenance were very responsive. Would have appreciated a more equitable distribution of outlets near the bed. Would stay again!

Beautiful, quaint condo rentals on the water with Marker 8 Bar & Grill was a perfect location for boating and visiting the small town of Dunedin. We will definitely reserve again.

The only complaint we have is that there were cracked plastic glasses In the cabinet and we could not use them.I would replace all the plastic glasses they’re old and need to go! Plus 1 more toilet paper would have been nice,my husband did go to the office for it! I think there always s/be 2.

Quiet and comfortable

Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a bar on site for a nightcap. The pool area was nice especially at sunset. Overall room was clean but I’d recommend that they mop floors better. They are broom clean and appear clean but walking barefoot after your shower led to bottoms of feet needing to be rewashed.

Love It

This was our fourth time staying at Beso Del Sol. First time staying in this condo. Everything was as pictured and explained. Communication with our host was very pleasurable and as if we had known her forever. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. It is so perfectly situated no matter if you walk, ride a bike or just relax by the pool. I could go on and on. Miss it already

Less than expected

Location to Dunedin good. Room was very dark and depressing for a two week stay. View from balcony was terrible. Bed/sheets had what looked like bedbugs. Utensils were inadequate. I talked with front office about changing rooms but my contract with owner didn’t allow a move. Would not rent this efficiency again.

Great Experience at Bel de Sol

We were very impressed with both the owner of the condo and the resort itself. The owner provided a very clean accommodation with the most comfortable king bed and pillows, actually better than home! Everything we could possibly need for our eight-night stay was included. The staff in the office were very friendly and had an answer for every question. The best part was the tiki bar/restaurant with two pools and a hot tub on premises. Parking was assured for renters so was never an issue with locals taking the spaces. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

I booked this property prior to it having any reviews but I was not disappointed. I have stayed at this resort before and knew a little of what to expect. The host for this property was extremely accommodating to my request for an early check in. When the smoke alarm started chirping due to a battery issue, maintenance was prompt to respond. The only negative and it’s a minor thing, is that after some updates were made to the property, it doesn’t appear that the cosmetic detail was addressed as there were a couple places where the paint has chipped off due to the door and trim being replaced. Overall though, it was a delightful stay and I would return. Downtown Dunedin is within walking distance. Honeymoon island and Clearwater are easy to access with a vehicle and returning to the property was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the beach.
