Positives were that the studio apartment was very clean and the water view was really nice. It's great for a long weekend but if you hope to cook, it wasn't a great kitchen area. The refrigerator/freezer is very small and did not hold much and the freezer needed defrosting. The grill was helpful and we did use that a couple of times. The pool was nice but only two lounge chairs (there are other guests) and we did not have any pool/beach towels; for a 5 night stay we only had 4 bath towels with no access to laundry. The sunsets were pretty and we did enjoy sitting outside at the table for breakfast and dinner.

The hot tub was great! Loved the pool! Beautiful trail! Used the bikes and the kayaks. Hosts were great! We would go back. Studio has everything you need.

We had an amazing stay! The studio apartment was perfect! The pool was fantastic and the view was breathtaking. The host Tom and Eileen were so wonderful and they had excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities. The location was perfect - a quick drive to Tarpon Springs; Dunedin and Clearwater. We would highly recommend staying there!

The perfect spot.

We have found the perfect spot that we must come back to every year. Eileen and Tom were so helpful and generous. The welcome basket of goodies was such a nice surprise as well as their acknowledgement of my wife's birthday. The idilic setting on the water with the beautiful pool comes with kayak and bike use. The best bike trail in Florida is only a block away. The simple efficiency room had all the basics that we needed to cook, sleep, watch our favorite shows, etc.

Beautiful home and sunset view

Home was as advertised. This was an amazing place to stay and the owners were great with communication. The sunsets were incredible with a view right out of our room. Everything you would need was close by. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, and would stay here again on my next trip.

Our host was always available and made us feel at home. The property was magnificent with what can be described as a breath taking view. If we have the opportunity we would definitely return to this property.
