Exclusive Isla Bonita Ainutlaatuinen Isla Bonita on hieno kiinteistö, joka sijaitsee 7 ainutlaatuisen asunnon porteilla, joka on vasta tullut takaisin vuokramarkkinoille, kun uudet omistajat haluavat tehdä lomastasi tulevina vuosina. Toisella tasolla on avoin, tilava olohuone, joka on kaakeloitu ja avoin keittiölle ja ruokailuhuoneelle sekä uloskäynti kannelle. Ruokailutilassa on ulosvedettävä sohva. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, paljon työtilaa, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, tiskiallas-jääkaappi, liesi, valikoima, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, kattilat ja pannut, astiat, hopeaesineet, keittiövälineet, ja paljon enemmän. Kun avaat oven, olette hämmästyneet olohuoneen koosta ja kirkkaudesta, jossa on mukavat sohvat. Tämän kodin sisällä merenranta-sisustus on rauhallinen rauhallisilla ja neutraaleilla sävyillä, joissa on väriä. Siellä on erilaisia istuinalueita, joissa on pehmeät sohvat. Great place

All good. Nothing to complain about. Easy check-in. Great communication from the host. Fantastic location and proximity to the beach. Parking limitations can be challenging, but take advantage of the public parking lot right nearby and the fact that you are allowed to leave your car there for multiple days We will come back.

Christmas at the Beach

We had a great time. Property was very centrally located. Close to Clearwater and Shopping. Pool was great. Kids loved it even though it was small. Great view of the Ocean from the balconies. Beach was steps away and very relaxing to walk and hang out on. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Only suggestion: Living Room furniture could be updated. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Wonderful

We had a great stay at the Isla Bonita! We loved how close it was to the beach and it being a residential beach location made sure it was never over crowded. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our entire family. We loved the large open kitchen which made it great for meals and everyone sitting down together. The balconies overlooking the ocean are just beautiful! We also loved how close many restaurants were and a small convenient store just across the street. They also had a couple beach chairs and toys which worked great for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Annual Family Beach Week

We live in Tampa and have the family beach week tradition for over 20 years. We have stayed in condos every year all over Indian Rocks and Indian Shores and this was our favorite place so far. Great location, plenty of room for 8 adults, the small pool was perfect to refresh in and very peaceful at night. Just a few things the owner should fix to make it perfect. Plumbing needs to be fixed master shower took 20 min to warm up, toilets didn’t flush well, all faucets including kitchen do not work with much pressure, no way to clean up sand daily a small vacuum cleaner would help, or pot holders, no cookie sheets or pans to use, the couch in living room should be replaced very uncomfortable, it could use furniture upgrades lastly pool are could use a good cleaning and better furniture to fit the space. Overall 4 stars and would stay again for sure.

Spring vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults. (There were a few beds in primary bedroom that we did not use.)The house is a bit worn from use and that is reflected on the bathroom vanities and the upholstery in the living room and kitchen areas. The proximity to the beach more than made up for this. There are also a few restaurants and shops in walking distance. The house also has a second refrigerator that was great for keeping a weeks worth of beverages chilled.

Location is this property's best attribute

This property's pictures are misleading. On our arrival, the master bath shower was not working. This was not fixed during the week and we were not offered any compensation off of our bill. Not having a shower in a house which is advertised to sleep 14 can be a big issue especially when it is the master shower. This house could desperately use a maintenance person for multiple issues.....no lightbulbs in the other two remaining showers; gas igniters on the range that do not work unless you use a lighter; no fan globe in the lower bathroom, plumbing issues in master bath tub; dishwasher upper rack broken; etc. All of the issues could be taken care of in one day if attention is taken but this place looks like its been used hard and not updated and desperately needs it for the price they are charging. One other glaring issue: the cleaners are doing surface cleaning. Mold in 2nd upstairs bathroom in shower and master bath (non working shower and tub) not been cleaned in awhile. We enjoyed our stay and location is the best but no compensation was offered for a large issue nor did they seem to really care. This place is owned by a company and not a private owner and it shows. The person assigned to us was wonderful to deal with, but she had no power to do anything. Will probably not return.

It's a beautiful home. I love the fans in every bedroom. Enough space for all us. Everyone loved it. Watched the sun set every night on the beach. The house had everything you need and more. Loved it.

Great location

The location was great and the house was clean, but there were several items that were not working. The refrigerator ice and water did not work and there was some left over store bought ice in the bin so it was not new. The 1/2 bath toilet did not work you had to open the tank and pulled the lever by hand the whole time and the downstairs bathroom toilet liked to continuously run water so you had to listen for it or turn the water on and off to be sure it did not just run continuously. We also had some issues with the stove but I'm not sure if that was user error or just a strange stove. The right front burner igniter would fire when you turned on any other burner not sure if this is normal. My gas stove only ignites the burner you are trying to light but it was unnerving to have it firing when you were trying to light a different burner. May need some instructions to help out future renters. These are maintenance items so we just let them know so they could fix them for the next group. There were however lots of new pots and pans and the lights and remotes worked so the owner is responsive. We enjoyed the decks, private pool and quick walk to the beach and would definitely stay again.

Labor Day Vaca

Awesome place and fantastic location. We were worried the AC might not keep up and it did while keeping the temp right at 75. The fridge took a day to get acclimated and did a great job keeping up with our demands. The fridge in the garage was another story. The freezer part worked perfectly and the fridge really didn't get drinks very cold. I wouldn't recommend putting any food in the fridge. Leave it for drinks. The biggest bummer was that the water and ice maker for the main kitchen fridge was turned off and wasn't working. That was a big bummer and quite honestly should have been told to us before we arrived. Also the shower head in the downstairs Master was pathetic. It had ZERO pressure. That needs to be replaced ASAP. Those are the only 2 negatives and both can be rectified pretty quickly. The whole family loved the place. We had a couple 5 year olds, a 2 year old and a 5 month old. We needed to remind the youngsters to be careful on the steps. Loved having the gates to block access when needed. Beach is so close, kids loved the pool. We all hung out on the main floor balcony and watched a few evening storms roll in. BEAUTIFUL.. We will be back for sure.

Great would come again!

Great location, pretty much in the midst of private homes, so beach was not crowded, which was really important to us during COVID. Easy drive to everything as well. Home was clean and nice and we had plenty of room for everyone. The covered decks were so nice to sit out and enjoy the days. Having a small private pool was really nice as well. Would definitely return.

Good location lacking supplies

Location was great! However bulbs were burnt out, railing was broken on top deck, batteries in remotes were dead. Radios had no cords to play them. You only have 1 towel per person for showers and one wash rag and two hand towels. There was a pull out couch but no blankets or sheets for that bed. Kitchen could use a set of silverware. With 10 of us staying there we had to wash them as we finished eating for others to eat. Only one small frying pan so we had to make scrabbles eggs in phases. But then no pans for frying bacon or sausages. We also had no recycling bin outside only had 2 garbage bins. Wine refrigerator was broken for our week stay as well. But like I said you can beat the location just would have been nice to have some extra things like bulbs in the lamps and batteries in the remotes.

Close to the beach, restaurants, and a convenience store, this home provided just what we needed for a girls trip in the sunshine. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms, perfect for spreading out and relaxing.

This was our first tome in the area and we will definitely come stay here again. The house is huge, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a large family vacation home. Steps from the beach....you won’t need to wear shoes all week!! The pictures don’t do this place justice.... it’s perfect!! The only recommendation is to take some extra towels. They have some there but for a large group you will need more. It has plenty of sand toys, some chairs, and all the beach accessories you need.

Our family had a wonderful time at your vacation home within steps of the beach. Check in was beneficial as the property manager provided us a tour upon arriving. Only area of improvement I would recommend is to provide more beach towels. We also could not get the beverage refrigerator to come on.

Lovely home with direct beach access created wonderful 4th of July memories.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall would recommend this property. I have a few suggestions to the owners. The living area needs MORE seating, a daybed, and two boudoir side chairs do not accommodate a house that sleeps 10, also a dining table for four does not meet the needs of a large group that would like to eat together. Minor but was irritating, I could not find a pencil or piece of paper to write on in the entire house when we were playing games. The pool was not working when we arrived but management was all over it and had a repairman out the very next day. Parking was a challenge but we managed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. The balconies were lovely and we had sunset dinners before the whole crew arrived. I would certainly rent this property again.

perfect family vacation

You could see the sunset from both porches. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us! It was about 100 foot walk to the sand.we all loved it.

great location! Close to the beach. Central location between Clearwater beach and st Pete's.

house was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the beach. We were close to running out of paper products and they only had three chairs and two umbrellas. It would have been nice to more beach chairs and umbrellas adults. Great access for public transportation! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
