Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I had a large studio where the kitchen was extremely dirty. The bathroom was old and also dirty. It smelled like cigarettes seeping through the walls. It was so bad. They changed my room on the first day. The staffer was nice, and upgraded my room, but it wasn’t much of an upgrade. This felt like a project building apartment stay. The entire complex smells like cigarettes. It was awful. They took 2 days to get me plates and pots/pans. I killed a roach. It was like a movie. This hotel needs to be shutdown. Not because of the staff, but because it’s poorly maintained by ownership. Even the walls look like they’re out of a horror movie with ugly mixed colors. It felt like I was staying in a psych ward. Worst experience I’ve had. Management needs to gut bathrooms, replace broken kitchen cabinets. Replace old floors, replace toilets. It was just embarrassing to be honest. I didn’t even want to show my family where I was staying. That’s how bad it was.

I can start off by saying the paint on the door is horrible looks like a Texas chainsaw massacre door. But I tried to stay positive as I walked in the door I was greeted with a harsh hot smell of… that’s how bad it was I don’t even know how to describe it. The energy in the room felt like death. Dust and dirt every where. The floor was filthy af dirt stains all over the floor. I had to run to the dollar store to bleach everything down and it still felt dirty af but felt a whole lot better. The staff is nice people. I used all of the hotel towels just for the floor.

Don't stay unless you like Roaches

Lots and lots of Roaches. I'll killed at least 6 before i fell asleep which took awhile as i was concerned about them crawling on me at night. When I checked out I asked to speak to manager and she was not available but nice front desk girl gave me the email address. Emailed her twice with photos of the dead roaches I killed and she still hasnt responded to me. Nice management!! Will never stay here again. Trying to upload pictures but it won't let me, what a surprise!!

When I checked into the hotel, they gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. I walked into an old naked guy laying on the bed. I had to go back to the office and get assigned a different room. I have PTSD because of this.

Manager was extremely rude, after being threatened of being banned, and proving I paid, she still didn’t apologize. The error was on another employee, not me. Instead I was warned of f what time I should check in to stay over.
