Hotel is very nice but hotel services need improvement. I paid over $300/night. Housekeeping every other night, only breakfast is served, and no bellman to help with luggage. I'm 85 and had difficulty with bags. Golf cart, staff and transportation outstanding.

We were thrilled with our stay. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious. The pool area was nice and clean and we appreciated the pool towels. Only a block and a half from the beach - and a quieter bit of it which was nice. But to get to the bustling part of town it was just a quick golf cart ride. The valet/golf cart drivers were incredibly helpful. Lots of good restaurants close by and appreciated the recommendations from staff. The hotel was very clean, very reasonably priced, and we were thrilled with our stay - already planning on returning in the future!

The property is very clean, staffs are good, breakfasts are decent. The prices however very expensive and it’s not even beach front. Good that they have shuttle to take you near downtown.

Very nice and clean property. We used Uber to get here rather than paying $35 parking fee. Most places are in walking distance and hotel offers free shuttle within half mile. Very nice workout room and smaller pool with warm water. Continental breakfast was very nice with generous choices. Staff, especially room service ladies were very nice. Shuttle guys were very helpful as well.

It is a little bit off the beaten path. They offer a free of charge golf cart that alleviates this, as it will take you anywhere within a half mile of hotel. You can call and get picked back up too! Awesome!

The location is convenient. It’s away from all the traffic and it’s not too far from the beach or the shops. Only about ten minutes. There is a golf cart the valet uses to take you to the beach, which really cuts that walking time in half. I really like that the lobby is not on the first floor. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay for valet each night, but you also have to pay to park anywhere, so it’s still convenient with walking. The valet is also very nice and careful! We got upgraded to a free good view as well!
