Unit 6616 is located on the 6th floor and has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway, with a view of the Gulf, where you can watch the boats go by and the dolphins play. There is a fully stocked kitchen that includes a washer/dryer which makes for that perfect place to bring the whole family.
For an additional fee of $30 per stay, you can rent the use of a beach cart, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, which are located in the exterior closet. If you would like to rent these items to use during your stay, please let us know after you have made your booking.

The sleeper sofa is not offered (it mechanicaly malfunctions); please do not open the sleeper sofa.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee, attendant on duty.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount. The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.
Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.
