The apartment is accessed by its own private exterior staircase leading to the front door and a small balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious open living area with a dining table, cozy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals.
The bedroom and bath are generously sized, featuring a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. Just before the bedroom, a side nook offers additional sleeping with a full/twin bunk bed set—ideal for families or small groups.
Downstairs, to the left of your staircase before ascending, you’ll find a shared laundry and storage room, accessible through a separate exterior door. This area includes a washer and dryer, plus beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and wagon—for your use.

Guests have full and private access to this upstairs cottage of the guest house (there are two units with separate outdoor entrances). Guests also have access to a storage/laundry room with beach equipment, which is shared with the other guest house apartment.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

- We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $100. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
- The cottage is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
