This is a beautiful home meticulously cleaned and furnished with all the amenities you need. It has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxing and grilling. Close to Phillies Spring Training ballpark. We will be back next year!

Our two little doggies had the best time out in the fenced in yard! It was so easy for them!The house was clean, warm and cozy! It had lots of space in which to relax, including the outdoor space. The steep driveway was the only negative aspect. Everything else was great. I would recommend this house!

This property is amazing! Melissa made sure the there is nothing lacking. Plenty of dishes, applicance, towels, blankets, etc. Fully equipped and perfect for our 3 week stay. While the home is a little older, it was immaculate and extemely clean. Comfortable furniture and a welcoming feel! The backyard is adorable, and very well maintained as well. It was wonderful to sit out back and enjoy the FL weather at the end of the day. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful! Will definately reserve again. This is a GEM of a place!

Tampa family vacation

We visited from Tennessee for a week with the kids and this was a good choice to stay at. It made it much more relaxing after being at the beach and other activities to come back and relax.

Relaxing

We were actually there for a funeral that consisted of three days of gatherings. It was so nice to come back to a cozy home which is much more preferable than a hotel room. An added plus was it was dog friendly and our fur babies throughly enjoyed the home and backyard!! We even had the opportunity to bring my husband’s father back with us for an evening meal and card game it was such an enjoyable evening for him to break up the stress of adjusting to life after losing his wife.

Wonderful stay away from home

We loved our stay here. So close to the ballpark to see our Phillies Spring Training. We grilled at night and enjoyed the wonderful backyard where we relaxed every night. Melissa was a wonderful host and very communicative. The home was clean and truly felt like our home away from home. We will definitely stay here again next year!

My husband and Boxer Sammy had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped for everything you need to feel safe and right at home. Loved the backyard and location! The owners were very kind and flexible to our needs. We highly recommend to book this home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect home!

This home was very clean, well supplied, and overall a perfect stay. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and my mom loved sitting outside with them. We loved the home and the location was perfect for us to visit Tampa and Clearwater. I would stay again. 10/10.

Quiet and comfortable vacation home

We stayed in Florida for our vacation to visit my sister. The home was very comfortable and clean, overall had a very cozy feel. Very nice place, felt like our home away from home. The linens were fantastic, beds very comfortable and clean. Super nice place, def will be back. And nice fenced yard for our furry friends to relax as well. House is spacious, room to relax and not be crowded. Very nice place, will stay again !!

Comfortable and well furnished.

We stayed at this property for the last 3 weeks in March and found it to be very relaxing and pretty much as advertised. It's in a residential neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's not close to beaches but we found some great beaches within a 10 to 15 minute drive at Indian Rock, Sand Key and Dunedin. We were there during spring break and the beaches were busy. For relaxing outdoor, the front porch is OK, but the real gem is the back yard and patio. It's really very nice and private, and shaded by a large live oak. The house is really well stocked with everything you would need, especially the kitchen. We had one minor problem when the microwave stopped working but the property manager Melissa had it replaced with a new one the same day. The only minor annoyance we had was that we had to park our car under a large live oak tree that constantly dropped leaves, seeds, etc. that necessitated us going to a self spray car wash to wash the stuff off every other day. I don't know if this just happens in the spring or all year with live oaks. If we were coming back to the Clearwater-Largo area, we would definitely consider coming back to this property. We had a wonderful time there.

Family Get Together

The property was warm and inviting. There was plenty of room for relaxation and conversation. The outdoor setting was enjoyable except for the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The only drawback was the driveway incline. This made it difficult for seniors to get in and out of their vehicles.

The best VBRO Experience to date!

From the start of booking this property, the property owner was in contact and kept me informed even of the weather conditions. The house was meticulously clean and all the thoughtful touches were appreciated. We were to have a 15mth old baby with us and the owner included toys and even offered to baby-proof the house. The backyard although no pool was an oasis and I enjoyed every morning coffee there. The location is perfect, near beaches and shops. I recommend this property hands down!

Phillies Spring Training

My dad and I just wanted to get away for a few days and catch some Phillies spring training games. The house was only a 10 minute drive to the park, we were surrounded by plenty of restaurant choices within minutes and only 20 minute ride to Indian Rock where we had an amazing dinner on the water. While the neighborhood is a little older, the house was very clean and extremely roomy. A very family friendly vibe also…Friday night the neighbors were sitting on the porch chatting and Saturday morning a dad and daughter playing catch on the lawn…it was so great to see. Melissa was great with communication and responses. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation destination for us!!

Felt just like home, only warmer. My dogs loved the fenced-in back yard, and we also loved sitting out there with them. The house was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and Melissa was a wonderful host....we hated to leave. Hopefully we'll be able to plan a vacation there again in the future.
