This house is in a great location! It's quiet and a good area. It's right behind a park and near the Pinellas Trail. The house itself is great! 2nd bathroom is beyond the kitchen, which is an odd location, but whatever. Loved the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were great. Patio area is paved with bricks dating back to the 1920s! Overall, it's a fantastic listing and one I would return to in the future.

Wonderful home

Enjoyed a week with family and friends in this wonderful home. Quiet neighborhood with park access. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. We would choose this home again!

Great stay!

The house is better than advertised. We had everything we needed. Dave was the most responsive host we have ever had. We enjoyed the Pinellas Trail daily on our bikes as well as the access to Taylor Park. The community is quiet and safe. We will stay again.

You just feel like home! The house is loaded with towels, detergent, trash bags, sheets and new appliances and furniture. Very spacious too. We really enjoyed our 6 days stay. We would definitely come back again one day if we can.

Excellent property, house and location

The house was easy to find and access. Everything needed was at the house. I rented for a month and it felt comfortable like home. Communication was easy and fast during my stay when needed. The garage was great to have in the heat. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Recommending to my friend and family.

GREAT STAY!!

My family and I had a great week at this property. It was perfectly located you at about 8-10 mins from the beach, shopping, etc. We did have a small problem with the pluming but David was quick to send someone out to handle the problem. My family and I had an amazing and comfortable trip. Would rent again

Very comfortable and well equipped villa

We had a wonderful time in the villa. It had just been renovated and everything we needed was there. Lots of towels, kitchen equipment, cleaning stuff, shower gel and shampoo. The beds are very comfortable. A huge tv. The airconditioning worked really well.
