TARJOA TÄSTÄ: Altaan ympärillä oleva valtava kansialue kokoontumisia varten. Kuuluisat pinellas 35 mailin polku, joka sopii täydellisesti kävelijälle, juoksijalle ja pyöräilijälle, on alle viiden minuutin kävelymatka tällä rauhallisella alueella polun päähän. Julkinen veneiden lasku ja useat venesatamat ovat alle viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

TIETOJA RANNASTA: Crystal Beachin 'ranta' on pieni naapurialue, jonne yhteisö kokoontuu katsomaan auringonlaskuja ja antamaan koirien ja lasten leikkiä vedessä. The house and the pool are perfect!

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. It is very spacious and has a lot of little extras! It is however not walking distance to the beach. It is walking distance to a couple of piers. You can catch some sunsets and sunrises there. The mosquitos were horrendous! Be prepared for that!

Good for the most part

The house is clean for sure but the floors needed a better job done. When it feels gritty you know they weren’t cleaned as well as they should have been. Two biggest downers to our stay was no heat in the pool and you have to drive to an actual beach. Other than those two things this home is pretty awesome. The neighborhood is very nice. A walking/biking trail is just down the street as is a pier. There are also lots of places to eat and shop a short drive away. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was great also.

Wonderful Location

Nice house; would have been even more awesome in the summer with the lovely pool in the backyard! But even in December, the location was perfect. The family enjoyed the Christmas golf cart parade, Santa in the fire engine, the pier, and lovely sunsets. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room in the home for a large group to enjoy the holidays.

Wonderful experience

We stayed for 6 days to celebrate my parents’ 59th anniversary. They have mobility issues. There are grab bars and a removable handicap ramp to enter the front door. Quick and easy response to questions. Two en suite master bedrooms are hard to find! We got to see the gopher tortoise that lives in the front yard-a special treat. It’s only 11/2 blocks to the pier, with benches to watch the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool. It was very well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed the brand new K Duo - a Keurig that also brews ground coffee in a pot. Highly recommend!

Nice place for a family vacation

Plenty of space and clean. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We would stay again. Only downside was the ceiling fan in the bedroom with twin beds did not work. And the deck gets very hot during the day.

Wonderful Place to Relax

The house was just as, or better, than the pictures and details. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Our family consisted of grandparents and son and his family. We all have very stressful jobs and three weeks ago our son had a house fire and almost everything was destroyed. However, the family and the family dogs got out safely. We were all exhausted and needed a few days down time. This house was perfect for us because we were able to bring our dogs with was. The host was wonderful to work with and response time was excellent. We could not have had a better place to spend some time to relax and regroup. We will definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you

Palm Harbor Vacation

We were very pleased with the spacious of the home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean and the home is in a great location. My suggestion for the owner would be to spend some time and money on the back yard around the pool. It has great potential for a beautiful spot.

This house is in a fantastic neighborhood with a gorgeous view of gulf. The community gathers for sunset. Plenty of space for your family and a pool. Close proximity to Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We loved our time here!

We loved the home, perfect size for the 6 of us. Great neighborhood, we loved it being so close to the pier. We enjoyed walks in the evening. We were all able to sit in the big living room and watch tv and hang out. Thank you for opening up your home to us!!

Perfect Family Getaway

I always research reviews before choosing a place to stay. This place did not disappoint. The large gathering area, four bedrooms and four baths, was more than perfect for our large family. Our expectations were high before we arrived, but they far exceeded any we had once we stayed at the property. We even enjoyed the pool the week of Christmas. :)

Location is Great!

Large property worked well for our 3 generations, with 4 bathrooms a bonus. Two main bedroom suites would be better with king-sized beds. Property needs some extra cleaning inside and some attention to the outdoor spaces especially around the pool. Loved the books and games provided. The location was quiet and convenient. Our family enjoyed the open plan living spaces.

Great family house!!

The house is open, airy, clean, and comfortable! We were a party of 8, all here for our son's wedding. The Crystal Beach pier is a short walk (about 1 1/2 blocks) away and is a fantastic place to take in the sunset over the Gulf. This is the best equipped rental home we have EVER stayed in! Plenty of towels, linens, dishes, pantry staples. You don't want to cook? That's good too! There are great little restaurants all around: I would recommend Salty Lime Cantina, Three Brothers Pizza, Clear Sky Draught Haus among others. You are close to Honeymoon Island and Caledisi Island and there is a great county park just up the road. Clearwater Beach is a short drive away. I can't recommend this rental enough!
