This is an entire luxury home with an attached full size guest Suite. There is a full size Kitchen that is equipped with dishware, cookware, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a kitchenette in the suite that is completely stocked!

There are 3 beds total and every room has its own large flat screen Smart TV, luxury linens, and extra pillows and blankets.  High speed 1gb internet and wifi is also available!

There are 2 full size private bathrooms that have been completely updated with new walk-in tile showers and come fully stocked with fresh fluffy towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes.

Driveway parking is available and washer and dryer are located in the garage at no additional charge!

Outdoor cameras are installed in the front and the back of home for security purposes only.

 There is plenty of space for kids & pets to play in the fully fenced shared backyard. The large wooden patio is perfect for relaxing while sipping your morning coffee. At night, the firepit is perfect for entertainment or to just relax and enjoy the peace. 

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than ½ mile from Eagle Lake Park which has plenty of walking trails and a dog park! Beautiful beaches such as Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away.
