Newly renovated apartment in a GREAT location. Less than 3 minutes walking across Gulf Blvd to the beach. A 15–20-minutes walking to John's Pass Boardwalk & John’s Pass Village. Relax in this spacious & stylish space with a fully equipped kitchen, granite island & nice family room with sofa & smart TV.
Outside, take in a beautiful & spectacular water view, walk the beach or visit all the activities around within a walking distance. Feel the breeze & enjoy fishing right at our back yard!
Wi-Fi is provided and connects to 2 smart TVs for your use. A study desk and chair are provided for guests who have a need to work or use their computer. Washer & dryer combo is inside the apartment for guests' convenience. A queen bed in in the bedroom and a sofa bed (pull out from the sofa, equivalent to a full-size bed) in the family room.
A parking permit is provided for guests during their stay. Alternatively, take the Suncoast Trolley up & down Gulf Blvd for local transportation or a short walk to the restaurants, bars, local shopping centers, grocery stores along Gulf Blvd. Guests can do fishing on the docks and pick up supplies from a live bait shop nearby.

We arrived in town a little early and was able to check in sooner then expected. The condo was very clean and cozy.Inside we found some unexpected welcoming treats. Cans of soda some fun size candy bars and some extras that help with the stay. overall was a very enjoyable stay.

Very lovely place...clean and well stocked. Beach access was amazingly close. Sipping morning coffee beside the private docks was just wonderful. I will admit that parking was pretty tight, but it worked out. Plenty of eateries close by. There was even an osprey that we saw every day as well as a manatee that visited.

We had another great stay at Madeira3. The property owner and manager were both very friendly and assured our stay was perfect. The location is wonderful with just steps to the famous “Candy Kitchen” for a yummy sweet treat. The beach across the street was always inviting. There are lots of restaurants near by. We brought our boat again which provided convenience utilizing the docks right outside our door. Everything you will need is provided for a nice stay. Thank you for another lovely stay at Madeira beach.

Quick weekend in Madeira

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway! Conveniently located on the main drag it was easy to find. Parking spot was dedicated to our unit. Two chairs and a bistro table outside our door was perfect for morning coffee. Inside, it was well equipped with coffee pods, creamer, waters and sodas. In the bathroom, there were fresh toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Ample storage in the bedroom. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again. Very clean!

Great stay & Great hosts!

Property was located directly behind The Candy Kitchen. My husband and I stayed here for four nights. Great location with beach access right across the street. Hostess was super responsive and went above and beyond with having a fan brought to us the same day. Everyone was super friendly and we enjoyed sitting out back enjoying the Bay view. We were lucky enough to see a dolphin in the bay.

Wonderful Madeira Beach Condo

Condo is just as described and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lots of extras that other rentals don't provide are included. Condo is close to many restaurants as it's a 20 min walk to John's Pass. It's right across the street from the beach and has a fantastic location and pier on the intercoastal side of Gulf Blvd. Dawn and her staff make sure you're enjoying your stay and all contact info is provided prior to check-in. We very much enjoyed this condo and location and wouldn't hesitate to stay again on our next trip to the area. Don't wait...book now as others know how special this place is, too!

This is a great property - very clean and lots of nice touches (e.g. beach chairs and umbrella). It is close to the beach and a short walk to local restaurants. Being at ground level with a patio that backs onto a boat slip was nice.

Wonderful stay

I cannot say enough about our stay in Madeira Beach as it was absolutely wonderful. The host, Dawn was very accessible with my questions before our booking to confirm us bringing our boat. She also checked on us during our visit to make sure we were enjoying our stay! The newly renovated rental was perfect for our family of three. It was nicely positioned on the bay which allowed us to dock our 23ft boat on a slip right outside of our door. There is a marina near by to launch the boat. The beach provided an easy walk across the street. And the rental is attached to an ice cream/candy shop which my teen son loved. The rental is nicely stocked with any items you may need for an extended stay. Restaurants, shops, & John’s pass village all in walking distance. We thank you for your hospitality and look forward in coming again!

Perfect

Condo is in the perfect location. Right across the street from the ocean, private closed off dock, coffee shop just a few houses away and just far enough from johns pass not to have a bunch of people around and close enough to walk there. Onwers were very polite, place was super clean.

Ice cream heaven

Located behind a 1950 style candy store, hand dipped ice cream right behind you. Close to beach access and safe street crossing. Patio is not very private since you share with 2 to 3 other families. Overall clean and supplied with all your daily needs. More hanging hooks would be helpful in bedroom.
