From the moment you enter Magnolia By The Sea, you’ll appreciate the breathtaking panoramic wall of windows with views of the ocean and the backyard oasis that you’ll be calling home. Spread out so everyone can choose their room – will it be one of the rooms with a king bed with the view of the ocean? Or perhaps the bunk room where the kids can enjoy some movies and games? Take a step outside to dip a toe in the large pool, or walk a bit further out to the dock, have a seat, and relax to the waves crashing in the afternoon sun. Be sure grab a glass of champagne before you walk up to the rooftop deck to find the relaxation that only comes with a view of the water as the sun drops below the horizon.
The Space
The furnishings are modern yet relaxed and perfect for the coastal indoor/outdoor vibe you desire. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a professional cappuccino and latte maker. The large indoor dining table comfortably seats ten, although you may prefer to dine al fresco on the covered side patio while you grill some fresh fish from a local market.
Three of the bedrooms feature cozy king beds, and the fourth bedroom includes four custom-built bunk beds with Twin XL mattresses for roomy comfort.
You enter the home on the main level, which sits on the level of the pool, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, and the first bathroom. Taking only 3 steps down, you are on the ground level, with one king bedroom and the bunkroom, a full bathroom, and the laundry room. From the main level, take just a few steps up either of the two staircases to the upper level, where you will find the other two king bedrooms, a full bathroom, an outdoor balcony, and the spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck.
The Area
If you do decide to break away from the comforts of our home, hope on the 6-passenger golf cart and take a 2-minute ride down to the beach. Grab some of the provided beach towels and chairs and pull into one of the designated golf cart parking spots on the beach – only about 1,000 yards away from the front steps of the home! Once you catch the sunset, take the golf cart over to one of the exceptional Indian Rocks restaurants for a great dinner and a refreshing adult beverage.

If you decide to explore beyond Indian Rocks Beach, you’ll enjoy visiting the nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium, only seven miles away. If you want to hit up some urban bars and restaurants, you’ll love the unique vibes in downtown St. Petersburg or Tampa, either of which is a quick half hour drive away. Or take a drive up and down Gulf Blvd and explore all of the famous beach towns along the coast of Tampa Bay, including Dunedin, Clearwater, Treasure Island, and St. Pete Beach.
Kitchen and Dining
Since the owners love to cook and often use this home for their family, the kitchen is very well stocked – including everything from can openers to a full set of knives. Hexclad pans, a Breville Nespresso Vertuo espresso machine, a multitude of bar glasses, a full set of place settings for inside (and a separate set of plastic settings for outside), and so much more will make your stay comfortable whether you choose to cook or not. The indoor dining table sits 10 and allows everyone to enjoy a meal together with a view of the water. Or, choose to dine outside on the patio, enjoying the Florida heat and the royal palms swaying in the wind.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the largest and features it’s own balcony with water view, a king bed, and a comfortable sitting area to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. Bedroom #2 is on the ground floor and has a cozy king bed with double glass doors that open up to the pool and ocean. Bedroom #3 is very spacious and has lots of windows to enjoy the scenery outside from your king bed. Bedroom #4 features 4 custom-built bunks with large Twin XL beds, a video game console, and is a great place for young kids and older kids alike to retire to when they want to have a bit of fun. Every bedroom has its own television, wireless charging stations and USB outlets alongside each bed, and box fans are provided in the closet in case you want extra air circulation.
The home also features 3 full bathrooms. When you first walk in to the home, a modern sophisticated bathroom awaits you with high ceilings, a walk-in shower, and a heated toilet seat. The second bathroom sits between bedrooms #1 and #3 and features two vanities and a large walk-in shower. The third bathroom sits between bedrooms #2 and #4 and has a combination tub/shower and full tile walls for an exceptional luxurious feel.
Outdoors
This is why you come to Indian Rocks Beach, isn’t it? Make the most of your stay. From the oceanside firepit to the rooftop deck, why go anywhere else?
As you approach from the street, you will find elegant royal palms towering across the entire property. The modern design of the home and large parking area invites you to explore further. As you step onto the wraparound porch, you’ll be tempted to pick around the corner to the water, your eyes briefly examining the outdoor dining area before focusing on the pool and intercoastal waterway towards the rear of the property. As you continue towards the backyard, you’ll see the very large side yard lined with palm trees for privacy, beautiful paver walkways, and a deluxe Weber propane grill with sear burner to prepare foods for your outdoor dining experience.
Once in the backyard, the string lights across the pool illuminate the large yard, L-shaped pool, and huge deck that bridges the living room to the outdoor entertaining area. You may also notice the two balconies above you. Past the crystal clear shimmer of the pool, you will step through the safety of the fenced seawall to the custom dock, with a wonderful space to relax, fish, and observe the sealife all around. As the sun sets, you’ll also appreciate the underwater lights that attract all sorts of fish up to the dock.
Alongside the dock, there is a floating kayak launch that makes getting on and off the water very simple. You’ll appreciate the simplicity of bringing the kayaks down to the dock and effortlessly pulling yourself onto the water to explore nearby areas. Don’t worry about bringing anything – in addition to the two provided kayaks, we have also included life vests in various sizes (including children), paddles, and hoses to wash everything down when you’re done.
Interesting in boating during your stay? Rent through a local provider or bring your own! Our newly refurbished dock has large cleats you can use to tie off and provide easy on/off access each and every day. Imagine exploring Tampa Bay right from the back of your property – take a boat to nearby restaurants, islands, beaches, and even right to cities with marinas like Dunedin (just a 20 minute boat ride away).

We do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels so you can really settle in your first couple days. The home is very well-stocked, but amenities may vary depending on what previous guests have lost or misplaced. Anything accessible in the home can be utilized by the guests, including beach chairs, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and more. The golf cart may be driven at your own risk.
