The space
Step into this bright, sunny coastal condo designed for an easy and comfortable beach stay. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout offers the perfect setup for families or groups, with a spacious open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed and private ensuite bath, while the second Queen bedroom and full guest bath provide plenty of space for everyone. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, high-speed WiFi, and a smart TV for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We’ve also included complimentary beach equipment to make your stay effortless—just grab your gear and walk right across the street to the sand.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the resort-style amenities at Madeira Bay, including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room—perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay.

The beach is just steps away across the street, making it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and sunsets anytime. You’re also a short walk to John’s Pass Village, where you’ll find waterfront restaurants, shops, bars, and activities like boat rentals, fishing charters, and dolphin tours.

Everything you need is right here—park your car and enjoy one of the most walkable locations on Madeira Beach.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware and dining items.

Maximum Occupancy: The condo accommodates up to 6 guests total.

We’re happy to welcome one dog (25 lb weight limit). For insurance reasons, aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Beach equipment is included for your stay—towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon—so you can enjoy the beach with ease.

One parking space is included with your reservation. Due to HOA guidelines, we’re unable to accommodate additional vehicles.

Please Note - The building is serviced by a single elevator. While uncommon, temporary outages due to maintenance or power interruptions may occur.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
