The front half of our house is available short or long term. Our friend Donna is managing it for us, living in the completely separate back half during your stay. Included are the master bedroom, bath, kitchen and living. Sit under the fan on the screened porch or under umbrella on the deck watching clouds, birds and butterflies. This is our favorite spot in the known universe! Walk one block to the beach, and a few blocks to all to all the cool Gulfport shops, beach bars and restaurants.
This is our home 7 months out of the year. Our electricity comes from the sun. We travel in the summer and we feel this place is much too good to sit empty and go to waste!
The breezeway suite in back (not a full kitchen, good for shorter stays) is also available for rent when this part of the house is not rented. See calendar for property 1608682 which has more reviews. The breezway suite is where our manager Donna will be during your stay. The washer and dryer are in that suite and she will assist you to access that to do your laundry. We can accept dogs in the rear suite but unfortunately not in this front part of the house because of the butterfly garden and leather furniture.
As mentioned above there is a complete kitchen and of course A/C--Donna can adjust temperature as you wish. There is a big screen HDTV with Tivo, Netflix and Amazon. We do NOT allow smoking on the property! Although people love the space what they most rave about is the location. The house is in the perfect spot to walk to the beach, the Tuesday market, the semiweekly art walks, and all the shops and restaurants that make Gulfport what it is. St. Petersburg and Tropicana field are convenient as are the barrier islands of St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, etc., and Tampa is just over the Howard Frankland causeway. We are only 30 minutes from Tampa airport. Check out the photos!
The space is yours. A third bedroom is closed off and stores our clothes and some of our personal stuff. Because of the Butterfly Garden/Wildlife area dogs are forbidden in the front yard. NO SMOKING--we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.
