The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. A queen bed fills the second bedroom, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room offers comfy seating and a Smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day of beach exploration. High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, while room‑darkening shades ensure restful nights.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for sharing meals or planning the day ahead, and beach essentials are ready for a quick trip to the shoreline.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened in tiki patio for outdoor dining any time of day, then wander to the fully fenced backyard where lounge seating and a fire pit create a cozy spot for evening gatherings. The private pool offers a refreshing escape, and the patio’s design embraces Florida’s warm, season‑neutral climate.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all provided. A private entrance and self‑check‑in with a smart lock add flexibility to your arrival. Free parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home is a short drive from Downtown Largo, the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key, and a variety of shopping and dining options. Whether you seek peaceful downtime or local exploration, everything is within easy reach.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
