We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. Right on the inter coastal water with a great view of the water. Daily dolphin and manatee sightings from our property almost year round. You can park your car and not get back in it because we are a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches.
