Kutsumme sinut tulemaan viettämään lomasi Palm Place. Tämä yhden makuuhuoneen yksi kylpy-huoneisto sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Clearwater Beachin valkoisista hiekkarannoista.

Tähän huoneistoon mahtuu 4 vierasta, joissa on queen-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, vuodesohva "täysikokoisena" olohuoneessa ja lisäksi futon aurinkotilassa. Kutsuva ympäristö rentoutua ja ladata. "Huoneistossa on uusi maali ulos ja päivitetty keittiö."

Huoneistossa on monia mukavuuksia, joissa on moderni keittiö, keskuslämmitys ja ilma, kaapeli-tv, DVD-soitin ja radio.

Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Great Location!

Just a minute walk to the beach and could easily walk to any stores or restaurants we wanted to. That was the best part!! Other than that it was a typical little beach house. Management was great as a ceiling fan had a screw break within the mount and they came and fixed it immediately.

Excellent location! Low keyed area, steps to the sand, restaurants, retail!! Will only stay in this area on future trips, We waited quite awhile to be able to get into the condo! Wi-Fi was sketchy! But overall totally enjoyed our stay!!

Great place and location

There are two things that I would change to give this place a 5 star rating and that would be the pull out bed and access to a pool. The pull out bed from the couch was not sleepable. The mattress was super thin and then there were wooden slates in the middle and bungie slates at the end, you basically fell to the floor if you sat at the end. However it did house all four of us comfortably with the futon to sleep on in addition to the bed in the room. Great for 4 people with two in each bed and maybe a 5th on the couch. Access to a pool would have been great on certain days or for after the sun goes down. My children we to scared to swim in the ocean after dark, but had no where else to swim unless we paid money for the water park down the street. Having an option for a pool to use after the sun went down would have pretty much made this trip perfect. Would definitely rent again though Flordia Beach Rentals, property was pretty close to exactly what they advertised.

Great find!

Loved the Palm Place! Came to Clearwater with a few girlfriends and wasn’t sure what to expect. We stayed in unit 1 the Palm Sabal. Our flight got in early and Florida Rentals were great and let us keep our luggage there for a bit, while we explored and even gave us early check in after we ate an early lunch. The place was clean and so close to the beach! They provided towels and beach chairs. The outdoor table and chairs were perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks! It was nice having ceiling fans and A/C in the unit and a kitchen stocked with all essential appliances and dishware. We would definitely stay here again and loved how close we were to restaurants, bars and the beach! ALL walking distance so we didn’t need to rent a car. Definitely check-out this place!

The location was great - just a few steps from the beach. The unit was very uncomfortable though. The furniture wasn't comfy, and the bed was horrible. Bathroom is super tiny and outdated. Guess for the price it's to be expected.

Cozy getaway !

We had such a great time , the cottage was cozy, clean and just the right size for the two of us ! Just steps from an amazing beach and only a short walk to some really great restaurants that had some very good live music ! Parking was a little tight for our large truck but it worked. Bedding was very nice , but bed was a little on the firm side , could use a mattress topper ! Although we had people on top and on the sides of us it was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely be back next year !

They have grills and outdoor furniture as we sat out having our cocktails and all the neighbors joined us. What a fantastic time we had. The owners are fabelous and had the opportunity to meet with them.

Traffic gridlock

Crossing the bridge from Clearwater to Clearwater Beach, the traffic was so bad, we crawled along. Then, once on Clearwater Beach, there was almost total gridlock. We did go to the apartment and found nearby guest parking non-existent. As we had hoped to have my husbands birthday there, it was necessary to have some parking nearby. We ultimately decided this location would not be suitable for our needs. It would have saved everyone trouble if there had been some warning of the traffic present between Christmas and New Year.

Since the moment I booked online the staff has was very helpful with any questions I had and when we arrived for check in they were so pleasant! They provided information on the local restaurants and attractions, gave us directions to the apartment and any information that we needed and when we arrived at the apartment it was neat and clean. They had plenty of beach towels waiting for us as well as beach chairs and an umbrella! It was more than I expected and a pleasant surprise. The apartment was small but the description online tells you that much. It was enough for my husband and myself. We walked to the beach everyday. It was fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone. It's a perfect little getaway place.
