My family trip to the sea jay was excellent it’s the coolest little beach motel the rooms are clean the staff is friendly food and beach within walking distance. The pool was nice and refreshing and the small fishing pier was fun fishing with my son. Treasure island was hit hard by a storm last year but this place is resilient and it’s a wonderful place to visit with beautiful beaches and people. I would definitely recommend the Sea Jay and I would recommend a trip to treasure island florida

Nice place to stay but pool closes too early

All in all this was a terrific place to stay. The staff were all friendly & checked to see if anything was needed during the week that we stayed. Room was pretty quiet & the bed was really comfortable. I only had 2 complaints. The bathroom for the studio room is really tiny. My wife & I are not big people, but the bathroom was still a tight squeeze, especially the shower stall. If I were to stay here in the future I would spend a little more for one of the rooms with a larger bathroom. My other main complaint is about the pool hours. Staff is on the property from 9am to 8pm & that’s when the pool is open. It would’ve been nice to swim after 8 in the evening. Pretty disappointing that it closed so early.

This is a great little classic Florida Motel that is in amazing shape. Flawlessly maintained and spotless. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Located at a very short walk from the beach and close to plenty of dining options. We will definitely return.
