Comfortably sleeping 9 with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room. it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. There will be a beach wagon of some kind
- Access to the back yard is though either of the king rooms or going out front and to the side of the home
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
