Great Staff - Rooms Could Be Better

The hotel was alright. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find a good place to order dinner from. When we walked into the room, it stunk like urine. We just let it go because we weren't going to be there long. When we settled in the room for bed, the air conditioner was not working well. The room would not cool down. The front desk staff employee was very helpful. She found us some fans to use since our air conditioner was not working well. She did offer to move us to another room, but we were checking out in about 5 hours so we just asked for fans. The fans helped out lot. We were able to get some sleep before leaving at 4:30 am.

.!! Taking my money without permission.

Book the reservation online, with the assumption that I was going to pay in person upon arrival. They made three different charges on my credit card, which left me no money because they wound up charging my card twice. Not good customer service at all.!!

Great staff is what makes this place stand out. I actually got a phone call from a HUMAN the morning we were expected to arrive -- checking that everything was going ok. Then our plane was an hour late, but we called the inn and Jarrett came to get us with the shuttle bus. Totally impressed by the staff -- congratulations to management and the employees.
