🛏 FLEXIBLE SLEEPING FOR FAMILIES
DOWNSTAIRS PRIMARY — KING + TWIN
The first-floor primary suite has a King bed + Twin bed and private en-suite bathroom. The Twin is especially convenient for parents traveling with a toddler or young child.
UPSTAIRS BUNK BEDROOM — 5 TWINS
A double bunk-bed arrangement plus trundle provides 5 Twin sleeping spaces—perfect for siblings, cousins, or kids traveling together.
UPSTAIRS QUEEN BEDROOM
A comfortable private bedroom with a Queen bed.
LOFT BEDROOM + ARCADE — QUEEN SLEEPER
The loft is an official fourth bedroom with a closet and Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. During the day, it doubles as a fun entertainment area with an arcade machine.
Please note: The Queen, bunk, and loft bedrooms are upstairs and accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.

With 2 full bathrooms + a half bath, there's plenty of flexibility for larger families getting ready for the beach or an evening out.
🍽 KITCHEN + DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home easy. The dining table seats 6, with 3 additional bar stools at the counter. You'll also find a coffee bar/desk nook and full-size washer and dryer—especially convenient after beach days and during longer stays.
FAMILY FUN + SMART TVs
The loft arcade gives kids and adults another place to hang out when they're not at the beach. All TVs are Samsung Smart TVs with Samsung TV Plus and access to streaming apps. Guests may sign into their own accounts.
☀ PONDSIDE PATIO + GRILL
Enjoy morning coffee, dinner, or a relaxing Florida evening beside the pond. The outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table, and loungers overlooking the pond and surrounding wildlife.
PET FRIENDLY — PACK LIGHT!
Yellow Palm Retreat welcomes your four-legged family members too! Unit B allows up to 3 dogs. Cats are welcome with prior approval.
PET FEE — $25 PER NIGHT
The pet fee is $25 per night TOTAL, not per pet, and is the same for dogs and approved cats. The fee helps offset the additional cleaning and preparation needed to maintain a clean, comfortable pet-friendly home, along with the pet amenities we provide.

PET POLICY
All dogs must be declared and added to the reservation when booking. Maximum 3 dogs. Breed/size restrictions may apply.
Cats require prior approval and pay the same $25 nightly fee.
Undeclared pets will have the applicable pet fee added to the rental charges.
Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside. The pet fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning. Excessive pet hair, waste, stains, odors, damage, or other cleaning beyond normal pet-related turnover may result in an additional fee.

Our Guest Garage provides many of the extras families often need on vacation.

The Guest Garage is NOT available for vehicle parking.

Yellow Palm Retreat is located in Seminole, just over the bridge from the Gulf beaches.
Approximate drive times:

Seminole City Center offers restaurants, shopping, Studio Movie Grill, salons, and more.
You'll also have convenient access to Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, St. Pete Beach, Fort De Soto, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and other Tampa Bay attractions.
Orlando attractions, including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Aquatica, are approximately 2 hours away depending on traffic.
POND + FLORIDA WILDLIFE
Ducks, birds, fish, turtles, and other Florida wildlife frequently visit our peaceful pond.
Please enjoy wildlife from a respectful distance. Never chase, approach, feed, harass, or attempt to handle wildlife. As with any Florida body of water, always assume alligators and other wildlife may be present. Children and pets must be supervised around the pond.
Dogs should remain leashed and supervised outside and must never be allowed to chase or approach wildlife. Never leave pets unattended outside.
TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?
Yellow Palm Retreat has three separate vacation rentals on the same property, making it a great option for extended families and groups who want to stay close while maintaining their own private spaces.
Unit A: Sleeps approximately 4–6
Unit B: Sleeps up to 10
Unit C: Sleeps approximately 6–8
Depending on availability, multiple units may be reserved together.
CLEANING POLICY
Your standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. We understand you're on vacation, and normal use of the home is expected.
However, excessive filth, trash, stains, significant pet messes, or conditions requiring cleaning substantially beyond a normal turnover may result in an additional cleaning fee payable within 24 hours of checkout.
We simply ask that guests treat the home with reasonable care.
EARLY CHECK-IN + LATE CHECKOUT
Early check-in and late checkout may be approved when available, depending on surrounding reservations and housekeeping needs. Please contact us with your request. Early arrival or late departure is not guaranteed unless confirmed and approved.
