3 bedroom, 2 bath home across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico in Palm Harbor/Ozona. PRICE INCLUDES KAYAKS, BIKES AND ACCESS TO FISHING IN THE GULF.

Ozona is one of West Florida's best kept secrets. Sunsets, Golf Cart community, a fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride a bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway & Honeymoon Island w/ restaurants and beautiful sunsets, paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

Renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with garage play room. Screened in porch, two outside patios, firepit, full kitchen and more.

This home is located about 75' from the Gulf of Mexico. You can cross the street and enjoy fishing, kayaking, sunsets and more at our sister property across the street.

Ample free parking. You can rent a golf cart, walk or use the bikes to cruise the neighborhood and visit dozens of shops, bars, restaurants and more.

Ozona (Palm Harbor) is one of west Florida's best kept secrets. Lush palms, massive oak trees, lagoons, open Gulf views with sunsets, a quaint and fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and so much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

Honeymoon Island, another local favorite is at the end of the causeway. Spend hours on Honeymoon Island and/or Caladesi Island enjoying sunsets and relaxing.

Close to Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and so much more.

Bike ride, walk, or run on the 45 mile Pinellas Trail which is only feet away from the apartment. Pinellas Trail runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

Anthony was a great host and the house was perfect! I had my two kittens with me who absolutely loved the out door porch. The house was close to everything I needed and the area was bike friendly with gorgeous waterfront views.

Spacious and great location

We had plenty of space and the location is great situated in Ozona, very close to downtown Palm Harbor and a short drive to Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Publix is nearby for convenient grocery shopping. Anthony is very responsive and helpful.

Love this place! Plenty of room and fun things to do even if you don’t go anywhere! The only downside was the hefty refundable deposit. I would definitely book this rental again!

Excellent stay

House very clean, beds were on the soft side but comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure and hot water were very good. Quiet neighborhood with sufficient parking. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Ozona by the Water

Location is everything and so close to the water on a dead end street was perfect. Screened in porch with table and chairs was a daily work spot. Excellent wifi and so many options from the porch to the desk in the den, to a very large dining table allowed two adults to easily work during the day. Then nighttime and Ozona golf cart life is quant and fun. Super quick drive to the Causeway or up to the Sponge Docks, parks, and Innisbrook golf. So much space and good use of space. Anthony is local, accessible and easy to work with. If you have pets, the layout is perfect as I easily blocked off rooms & furniture with gates and dog crates while still having lots of room for the adults.

Perfect place for a fun week

The house was perfect for us (me and my husband) and our friends (husband and wife). We rode our bikes directly to the Pinellas Trail. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to made some meals and breakfast. And our host provided K-cup coffee. 😋 Anthony was immediately available if we needed him, and also respected our privacy - great balance. Everyone nearby was so nice and friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here to friends.

Nice owner but we had too many issues.

Anthony was great to deal with and was very responsive. The location is very good and close to a lot of restaurants and not far from the water. We had several issues that were addressed pretty quickly. Our dishwasher didn’t work at first and the weather stripping on the front door was missing. Our water heater started leaking and was fixed in a day or two. Dishes were dirty probably because the dishwasher did not work. There were stains on the pillow cases. There were other issues that added up. Again Anthony tried to address them quickly We thought there could have cleaned the entire place a little better. It was not one major issue just the sum of the issues that was our problem.

It's so peaceful and quiet. The house is BEAUTIFUL. Definitely enjoyed our stay and the host is very nice and fair to work with. We'd love to come back!

Awesome Location!

Anthony’s penthouse was very nice! The location has a water view and is only about 20ft from the water. You can easily walk to downtown Ozona in about 5 minutes and get to downtown Palm Harbor in about 15 minutes by foot. Definitely recommend!

Amazing little house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Its a very cute, quant place. The location is perfect for access to the Dunedin Causeway, town of Dunedin and Clearwater. Plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious house, close to downtown areas

The house was really nice and clean. There's plenty of room. The back patio being screened in is nice but it needs a fan to help with the heat. We were disappointed about the kayaks. We were excited about having convenient access to them and the water, but we didn't use them at all because that dock over there is super sketchy!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

Wonderful Rental in Palm Harbor

We had a very enjoyable time at this rental. It was very clean, all the comforts of home, and the king size bed was sooooo comfortable . It is a very safe neighborhood and we loved walking our dogs everyday. Anthony, the owner, was always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this lovely rental !

Lovely Home in a Lovely Quiet Neighborhood

Anthony’s house with 3 BR 2 Bath was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay . We enjoyed having a fire pit and outdoor patio with lots of chairs . We also took advantage of using Anthony’s bikes for rides on the Pinellas Trail , located only 2 blocks away . Within a few blocks is the wonderful little “downtown “ of Ozona with good restaurants ( Molly Goodheads and the Ozona Pig ) , a bar with live music on the weekends ( Ozona Brewing) , and a nice antiques store. It is also a short drive or bicycle ride ( a few miles) to the beach on Honeymoon Island. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to the bayou for fishing and kayaking. Anthony was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Walking distance to downtown Ozona! So cute. Beds were very comfy. House had all basic amenities for our 11-night stay while we waited to close on our new house. Easy communication with Anthony!

Great place.. try it..you'll like it

Property is exactly as described a quite large 3 br 2b. Wonderful location walk to "downtown Ozona". It's got kind of a key west vibe. Laid back and comfortable. Ozona is a quiet part of Florida. If you are looking to relax this is it. But if you want more activity you are minutes away from Caladesi Island Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.

Great Home-Great Location!

Newly renovated and exceptionally clean this home has it all. Plenty of space for family to spread out. Walking distance to a great biking/walking path as well as scenic views of the gulf. Quiet neighborhood with both a Key West and Boca vibe.
