Tämä hämmästyttävä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy huoneisto on avoin ja tilava olohuone ja ruokailutila, täysin varusteltu ja kauniisti päivitetty keittiö, jossa graniitti työtasot, kaunis sisustus tyylikkäitä värejä, laatta ja puulattiat koko sekä kaunis parveke aivan pois olohuoneesta. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on 2 parveketta käytettäväksi, 1 päämakuuhuoneesta ja toinen Meksikonlahdelle! Tämä paikka sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, koska hotellin edessä on puisto ja allas ja ranta takaisin! Yksikkö # 1 on 1 portaat ylös ja eteläkulmassa. Tule pelaamaan rannoillamme tänään !! Tämä sijainti on 4 eri 2-makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy yksikköä, joissa jokaisella on puoliksi yksityinen ranta parveke olohuone sekä yksityinen parveke pois huoneisto. Onsite on lämmitetty - oma uima-allas, suora pääsy rannalle, leikkikenttä kadun toiselle puolelle lapsille, hiiligrilli ja patio niille illallisruokailuille sekä kaiken muun, mitä tarvitset todella ikimuistoisen rantaloman. John's Pass Village sijaitsee noin 5 kilometriä etelään, joka on täynnä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia ja viihdettä kaikille. Tuntuu kuin ratsastat jotakin rullalautailua, kun olet kaupungissa? Busch Gardens Tampa on noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä tai osuma Disneyn puistoihin ja kaikkiin muihin Orlandon nähtävyyksiin vain 2 tunnin kuluessa. Florida Aquarium Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, kauniita valtion puistoja ja kilometrejä rantoja ovat vain muutamia syitä käydä Pinellas County rannat! Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

OLD PICTURES; NEEDS LOTS OF MAINTENANCE AND TLC!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The location was nice, but the condition of the property was a disgusting dump. Everything was filthy; the counter had not been wiped down, chair/ottoman, old popcorn and other food crumbs under couch cushions, large black stain on drapes, walking on hardwood floor left our feet literally black, bedroom sheets were dirty upon arrival, comforter with stains and an 8 inch tear with stuffing coming out, microwave has a large hole at top where you can see wiring and some sort of emission comes out, wallpaper peeling at seams and black marks all over it, wires rack above washer hanging dangerously by one screw sideways, only one bathtub which young children could not take a bath because plug would not close, toilet paper holder missing with drywall hole in its place, toilet tank lid cracked, tub curtain would not stay up and kept falling, bathroom door would not close completely nor lock, we were left only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes. On Saturday at 1 in the afternoon a pool company surprised us and told us we had to get out then dumped chemicals in pool and said we must wait 2 hours to get back in, while they blew dead leaves around the bushes with a very loud leaf blower. I complained about all this, but this owner clearly does not care. Management just kept saying they would talk to the owner about some compensation upon checkout, but at checkout she said she had no such authority. He showed up on Sunday at the pool to hang 8 signs around the fence warning of no lifeguard and other liability issues. When I approached him about the issues with his property, he informed me he was an attorney and would speak to management. HA! He also threatened to see me in court if I gave a bad yelp review! We paid $350 and expected much better. This attorney should be embarrassed, seriously! I would suggest you avoid this place, many really nice places for much less.

Low Key Girl's Trip!

If you’re looking for a great low key property to stay at, this is a great choice. There are only 4 units in the Villa we stayed at. The pool was always quiet and we actually took up most of the time in there as others spent more time at the beach. Which speaking of, the beach is merely STEPS from this property. My group and I LOVED our stay there. The unit itself was very nice. They provide the very basics, but enough for what could be needed. I would gladly go back and stay at this property again.

Excellent location & outstanding views. VERY LOUD

Although the location was perfect the noise from the other units was unnerving - You can hear EVERY footstep, EVERY door opening and EVERY TOILET flushing. I was awoken several times by the people above us getting out of bed, walking to the bathroom. - then the toilets flushed AHHHHH.

Overall I would say this property is great. Perfect location, fabulous beach view, and really great outdoor area (pool and lower seating area). That said, the interior really needs some work. The furniture was pretty uncomfortable and the place needs some updating. Definitely in need of a DEEP clean. That's the part that bothered me most. Also, the sheets were basically like sandpaper. I ended up going to Target to buy some new sheets which were also cheap but still way better than the ones provided. I think the location and the view probably make up for the other stuff. I would probably stay here again but next time I would bring my own sheets and lots of cleaning supplies.

Beautiful views

Really enjoyed our stay. Refrigerator wasn't very cold but kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items needed. The proximity to the water can't be beaten. Just a few steps past the pool and you're on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the pool was very refreshing after a hot day on the sand. Will definitely be back.

Great location but property needs help!

Overall we had a great time while staying at this property. We did experience a couple of situations that should be addressed. The master shower had not been cleaned. We found a huge glob of hair under the bath mat that was left in the shower. Also noticed random hair on the floors. The kitchen counter need some serious attention. I cleaned it with disinfectant when we arrived as it was very dirty. The sliding door to the master bath would stick and wouldn't close properly. We were unable to open the window in the second bedroom due to a problem (a sign was posted on the window not to open it). Also, the shade in the living room over the couch did not function properly. We had contacted the property manager to ask about sheets because the sheets on the master bed did not fit the bed and would pop off when you slept. We were told that they would check about a new linen service but we never got a call back from them. We went out and bought a new set of king sheets and took them home with us when we left. Sadly you could hear every footstep from upstairs very well through the ceiling. The location was great!! The beach which went on for miles was wonderful and there were many things to do in close proximity to the property. Great restaurants and shops. Johns Pass is not far and it was great fun. Sunsets were fabulous! The beach in front of the home was less crowded than other stretches of the beach. Nice location.

Extremely loud on lower floor. No hair dryer. No blind on kitchen window. Only one t v. Broken blind in living room. Broken door handle on slider in living room. Coffee maker so old, no timed safety off switch.

Sunset Villas Unit 1

The condo was very clean, the view was wonderful, and the pool was great. The kitchen lacked many basics and what was there needed to be replaced. Coffee pot base was rusted out, two pans needed to be thrown out, only one mixing bowl. Bathroom linens were "new", however they were very thin. Master bed was comfortable. Noise from upstairs was annoying. Very disappointed.
