Tämä hämmästyttävä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy huoneisto on avoin ja tilava olohuone ja ruokailutila, täysin varusteltu ja kauniisti päivitetty keittiö, jossa graniitti työtasot, kaunis sisustus tyylikkäitä värejä, laatta ja puulattiat koko sekä kaunis parveke aivan pois olohuoneesta. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on 2 parveketta käytettäväksi, 1 päämakuuhuoneesta ja toinen Meksikonlahdelle! Tämä paikka sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, koska hotellin edessä on puisto ja allas ja ranta takaisin! Yksikkö # 1 on 1 portaat ylös ja eteläkulmassa. Tule pelaamaan rannoillamme tänään !! Sunset Villas on ainutlaatuinen ja ihana rantahotelli Redington Shoresissa. Tämä sijainti on 4 eri 2-makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy yksikköä, joissa jokaisella on puoliksi yksityinen ranta parveke olohuone sekä yksityinen parveke pois huoneisto. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on mukava ranta sisustus, yksittäinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu käytettäväksi, paikan päällä oleva pysäköintialue ja jokainen nukkuu jopa 5 vieraalle. Onsite on lämmitetty - oma uima-allas, suora pääsy rannalle, leikkikenttä kadun toiselle puolelle lapsille, hiiligrilli ja patio niille illallisruokailuille sekä kaiken muun, mitä tarvitset todella ikimuistoisen rantaloman. John's Pass Village sijaitsee noin 5 kilometriä etelään, joka on täynnä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia ja viihdettä kaikille. Tuntuu kuin ratsastat jotakin rullalautailua, kun olet kaupungissa? Busch Gardens Tampa on noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä tai osuma Disneyn puistoihin ja kaikkiin muihin Orlandon nähtävyyksiin vain 2 tunnin kuluessa. Florida Aquarium Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, kauniita valtion puistoja ja kilometrejä rantoja ovat vain muutamia syitä käydä Pinellas County rannat! This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

Sunset Villa in Redington Shores was the perfect place to do this for 30 enjoyable days. We drove down and took everything but the kitchen sink. We will return!

While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We aren't the type to complain, but a vacuum and cleaning supplies would have been great! Furniture is so outdated! Jean material for couch, ripped arm chairs and stains on chair. Broken lamp socket, ceiling fan light kits shot, and 3 electrical outlets so dangerous we didn't use them. Cleaning lady left disgusting dirt on floors and bathroom and kitchen not cleaned. I loved the quiet serenity but honestly, you have a multi-million dollar property!! Take care of it and upgrade it! I work in lighting in Look me up should you want to design something gorgeous!!All in all, I would rent again for beach location which was beautiful! However, I would buy supplies prior and also equip the unit with beach chairs and floor fans.

Great Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Sunset Villas and this time our inlaws joined us. We were in Unit #2 and they were in unit #1. Both places were very clean and comfortable. We liked some of the upgrades from the previous year (kitchen, king size bed, etc.). We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and had fun BBQ'ing and swimming in the pool with our two young kids. We'd highly recommend this spot and will be back soon.
