The room was dirty and also had bugs in it, I seen several roaches, then the bed was uncomfortable and the linen on top was dirty. The property was also run down.

The room was full of visible black mold and the floor had sticky stuff spilt on it and cockroaches. When we went to the front desk we were told the manager was off duty and there was nothing they could do so we checked out and left within 10 minutes of arriving.

I saw a few bugs crawling on the floor, and flying through the air. First thing I noticed when entering the room was behind the front door was a pile of dirt. Like the maybe swept it there and left it. Not happy about that.

Old motel converted to a hotel

Stayed for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The facility is an older motel that was converted into a hotel. It showed it's age but was clean and the service was adequate. This hotel should have a maximum nightly rate of $89. We paid almost twice that because it is high season.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. A quick, easy drive to St. Pete Airport. Good complimentary breakfast. No option for getting water or snacks or other beverages from even a vending machine. Polite staff. Appreciate the shuttle service.

This is a very old property. Outdated rooms that are not clean looking. Cigarette burns all over the outside of building. Lack of disposal cigarette butts all over the grounds of property. Desk clerks in training. Planes landing frequently next door. You get what you pay for and is that really coffee you serve ?

Like a low end motel.

Surprising and disappointedly slow check in. Dark, musty smelling room. Dirty bathroom floor. Slow response to requests for soap (container empty). The Bed was actually v nice and comfortable, and sheets seemed clean.

A decent hotel

The location was great for getting to the airport. The staff was friendly. They offer a free continental breakfast. However, the place needs updates, as it is a bit worn. It appeared that they had problems with water leaks, and the bathrooms definitely showed signs of wear and needed to be updated.
