Our lovely house backs up to George C. McGough Nature Park. Splash Harbour Water Park, Indian Rocks Beach, and all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty of space inside and outside for large groups. Enjoy the Mango Tree and several varieties of palm trees and other tropical plants.

Our home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood offering complete privacy if desired, but access to amenities only minutes away. We follow recommended cleaning procedures and our home allows you to stay in, and avoid contact with others if you desire.

Indian Rocks Beach - 3/4 miles - it takes 2 minutes to drive there. Also an easy walk or bike ride.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave sheets and bedding on beds. Cleaners will remove and clean.
Put away all pool toys into storage bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep doors and windows closed if AC is on. AC will freeze and stop working if you leave house open. Please don't set AC temp below 72. CLEAN GRILL!
No smoking anywhere. NO GLASS in pool area. Don't move or play with the pool vacuum. It stays in the pool always. CLEAN THE GRILL AND DRIP TRAYS!
This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. No street parking. CLEAN THE GRILL

Winder Get- away

We had an enjoyable time even though the weather didn’t cooperate at all. Disappointed we were not able to use pool. Did not see the high chair at all…. Not sure where that was. Lots of room

Wonderful amenities and perfect location.

We enjoyed a beautiful week with our family in this home. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Also if you have children you couldn’t ask for a more kid friendly environment. There are multiple port a cribs, strollers and other baby items, not to mention the pool with a toddler area. Location is great with a short drive to the grocery, beach, restaurants and more. We will definitely be returning.

Tropical Oasis vacation

The house and location worked perfect for my extended family vacation. We had 12 people ranging in age from 13 to 63 and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was used every day and the beaches were close and accessible.

If youre lucky enough to rent this home, you will really enjoy! Property is spectacular! Large, but still cozy.The pool and surroundings are beautiful. We spent alot of time there. The Best Family Get Away!

If you are looking for a family get away, this is it! I actually want to come back with a friend group as well! There is so much space and sleeping accommodations! We loved the amazing pool and oasis backyard! We spent so much time at the house itself but had many options just minutes away with the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is extremely responsive and very accommodating too! We definitely will return!

Nice Place!

We three couples enjoyed staying here for a week. We had plenty of room to spread out and each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed sitting around the beautiful pool. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the coffee beans and grinder for fresh coffee every morning!!

Great value for large family or group of friends

We've stayed at a variety of places in Pinellas county over the last few years, and although many were good, this one was by far the best value. The home was well-equipped, clean, and instructions were excellent. When we got there in an unseasonably cold time and the heat wasn't on, a simple text to the owner had it fixed in minutes. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The only thing that wasn't perfect (besides the weather) was the stove top was not consistent and the settings on the controls had rubbed off, so there was a bit of guessing. Brought this up to the owner, who said he was going to work on it.

Amazing time

Everything was as expected, we celebrated my grandma's 70th birthday here and everyone had fun the whole week. The pool was definitely the favorite! Randy was very quick to answer questions and make sure everything was a good to go! Would definitely recommend the house.

Big family vaca

We enjoyed the house and it suited our group very well. The pool was wonderful and it was used a lot by our group. The beach access was hard as some wanted to walk/bike and others wanted to drive. The closet access did not have parking so the walkers had to walk further. That is not a negative of the house at all. As my sister stated on her facebook post. "We had the time of our lives and had a great week"

Spring Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family stay at this home.. Everything was exactly as described, and we had everything we could have needed for our week-long stay. Our kids spent countless hours swimming in the beautiful pool, and we all loved the tiki hut in the backyard. Location was great, super close to the beach and many excellent restaurants. We would absolutely stay again.

Our Birthday Celebration

We just returned from our stay at this property. We highly recommend this home. The location was perfect - 1/2 hr from Phillies Spring Training fields, 45 min from Tampa, and close to shops and restaurants. Great pool after a day of sightseeing. Our adult children and granddaughter loved the house upon arrival! Communications with owner went smoothly from start to finish. Hope we come back someday.

Gorgeous Oasis Rental

This property was more breathtaking than we could have imagined. Very clean and accommodating! We came to FL to celebrate a bride to be. Our group consisted of 6 woman. The three bathrooms and five spacious bedrooms were a gamechanger for when it came time for all of us to get ready. We spent most of our time lounging on the patio by the pool and hanging out under the tiki-hut while taking in all the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The location is very convenient with multiple beaches, plenty of restaurants to chose from, grocery stores and shopping plazas all within a few mins away. Thank you Randy for sharing your amazing property! We all had an amazing and memorable time!! Would have loved to stay longer, we were all very sad to leave but we will most definitely be back for another stay sometime soon!! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent and Relaxing Family Getaway

We came together to celebrate my Triplets soon-to-be-30 birthdays and to spend quality time as family. Such a beautiful setting, with the back yard backing up to a nature preserve. The beach, restaurants and hiking trails are all within walking and biking distance. The Pinellas Bike Trail is only 3 miles away and an additional 9 miles gets you to Dunedin. You can even walk or bike through quiet neighborhood streets to a grocery store! The layout of the house is ideal for coming together but also for giving people space to spread out. The property/house was also very accessible for my adult son in a wheelchair.
