Beautiful, updated home with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, bonus room with queen size Murphy bed, & fully stocked bathroom. Decorated with tranquil colors, cozy furniture, & all the comforts of home.
The living room & bedroom boast flat screen Smart TV's. Kitchen includes dishware, cookware, microwave, & Keurig coffee maker.

Wake up relaxed and ready to seize the day with complimentary coffee and tea!  Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

Cozy up on the Living Room couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen SmartTV.

Bedroom has another flat screen Smart TV with 1 queen sized bed and extra pillows!  Other sleeping arrangements can be made on the large, comfy Murphy Bed located in the bonus room.  High speed 1gb internet and wifi is also available!

The private full  bathroom has a new walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with fresh fluffy towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes.

Driveway parking is available and may be shared with other guests. Washer and dryer are located in the garage at no additional charge!

 There is plenty of space for kids & pets to play in the fully fenced backyard *which may be shared with other guests. The large wooden patio is perfect for relaxing while sipping your morning coffee. At night, the firepit is perfect for entertainment or to just relax and enjoy the peace. 

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than ½ mile from Eagle Lake Park which has plenty of walking trails and a dog park! Beautiful beaches such as Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away.

Please note, driveway, & backyard area may be shared with other guests.

Outdoor cameras are installed in the front and the back of home for security purposes only.

If you will be bringing a pet that will be using the backyard, please message host to confirm if there will be other pets staying on the property before booking. As the backyard is sometimes shared with other guests.

Bait & Switch Scam

This listing should be removed from VRBO. They had undisclosed cameras all around the house including in the dining room which is also kind of a bedroom. The listing is misrepresentative of the property and violates VRBO policy. They rented this house out to two different families on the same days. We paid for an entire house with two bedrooms and instead only had part of a house including one bedroom. Another family used the second bedroom of the house which had been converted into an in-law suite. The pictures are also misleading to make it look like there is a second bedroom and that you can see into the backyard but the glass has been covered for privacy between families renting the house. The house is also generally in terrible shape with power outages, rotting wood, stuck doors, and a barely functional stove where you cannot read the numbers and the heating element has partially burned out.

Great neighborhood central to everything

Nice, quiet neighboorhood with clean, welcoming home. Great backyard for your fur-baby. Central to all things Clearwater. We were displaced from our home by hurricane Milton and this was such a welcome place to stay.
