We are under a 10 min drive to pier 60 and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Pets allowed for a fee of $15 per day per pet (2 max) and an additional $100 cleaning fee.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are elevators to up the condo. It is one level, which makes it accessible for those who have difficulty with steps. Bathrooms doorways are not suitable for wheelchair entry. No handicap rails.

PARKING
Garage (2 vehicles), street parking available in the low season. Hotel parking nearby about $20 a day.

DEC HOLIDAYS- UPDATE: MINIMUMS FOR CHRISTMAS 2025 ARE LOWER, PLEASE SEE PRICING
The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 25th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

SECURITY CAMERA
There is a ring camera on the front door pointing outside to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes only. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.
