This second-story condo comfortably accommodates up to five guests.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, a 43” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 39” TV. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for one guest.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the 6-foot-deep resort-style pool (heated during the cool season) located right along the canal. The beautifully maintained Pointe Capri grounds also feature waterside gas grills, picnic tables, and a fishing dock—perfect for cookouts and relaxing evenings by the water.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, beach gear (including beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart), board games, and access to a on-site laundry facility (pay per use; credit cards or laundry app accepted)) are all included for your convenience.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING

One assigned parking space is provided in the complex lot (details shared upon booking). Additional unassigned parking may be available along the side of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
