It’s the perfect spot for guests looking to enjoy both beach days and relaxing waterfront views, where dolphins are often spotted swimming through the bay.

Inside, the condo offers a bright and welcoming living space designed for comfort and easy vacation living. The bedroom features a king bed, while the living room includes a pullout sofa allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining area and comfortable seating make it easy to relax after a day in the sun.

To make beach days simple, the condo includes beach gear such as chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to carry everything across the street to the sand.

Westwinds Resort offers several amenities for guests to enjoy including a heated pool, waterfront fishing docks, outdoor grilling area with seating, and coin operated laundry facilities. Guests also have one assigned parking space for a standard passenger vehicle.

The location makes it easy to explore the area. Restaurants, beach bars, local shops, and grocery stores are nearby, while John’s Pass Village is just 2 miles away offering over 100 shops, waterfront restaurants, fishing charters, dolphin tours, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and other water activities.

Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing beach getaway, fishing on the bay, or exploring the Treasure Island area, this condo provides a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
