Neat little hotel at great location

Neat little hotel in short walking distance of the lake promenade, downtown shopping, restaurants and the train station. Great German breakfast buffet. No elevator though.

beautiful hotel close to lake

It's a very elegant hotel with a beautiful but spacious room close to the lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times and the breakfast which was included of a very high standard.

The front desk staff were very personable!

A beautiful treat was this hotel. My wife and I liked it very much. The staff were helpful and made recommendations based on our questions. We stayed here to get away from the crowds during Oktoberfest. I would definitely stay here again!

I would have enjoyed my stay if the hotel had provided me with a room. They had no record of my reservation and did nothing to help me find anything else in suburban Starnberg at 10:00 p.m.

Lovely room and wonderful staff!

We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with our experience. Petra was very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the lake and to very nice dinner locations. It was perfectly located for trips into Munich, Berchtesgade and the Bavarian Alps. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting quality and privacy.

Hotel akzeptabel

Hotel war schön und gut , zentrale Lage und gutes FrÌhstÌcken, Kaffee und Espresso waren auch sehr gut. Leider hat das Internet Portal HOTELS.com es versÀumt wichtige Informationen beim beschrieb des Hotels zu hinterlegen. Bis wann muss ich eingecheckt haben, das Hotelpersonal (Rezeption) hat zu wenig Kundendaten um wichtige Informationen an die Bucher weiter zu geben. WÀren wir nach 17:00 Uhr beim Hotel angekommen , wÀren wir vor geschlossener TÌre gestanden. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet und ohne SchlÌssel kommt man nicht rein ins Hotel. HOTELS. com sollte nochmals ihre Internet Seiten ÌberprÌfen, ob alls was da geschrieben steht auch dem entspricht was einem im gebuchten Hotel, Pension usw erwartet. Ich fÌr meinen Teil bin ich mir noch nicht schlÌssig , ob ich nochmals bei HOTELS.com buchen werde
